“This is my 3 rd. purchase from cartridge people. Once again purchasing items was simple and straight forward, delivery was prompt (next day) by a friendly polite delivery man who assisted me by lifting the heavy printer/copier paper so it was easy to carry into the house. Both the paper and replacement printer cartridges have been stored for use when required.”

“Generally, my required items are always in stock. I appreciate the attempt to sell me your own ink cartridges but having problems in the past and the outcome of important reports gives me a lot of doubt. I have been told these are HP compatible and have been improved, a free one to try would give me more surety.”

“I had never used own brand cartridges previously but with costs rising for replacement cartridges, I liked the guarantee offered by Cartridge People. I had previously been impressed with the company when purchasing a shredder. I purchased two cartridges, one colour one black. Initially fitted the colour in an HP printer, and it even said genuine cartridge recognised! No issues at all printer head aligned. A couple of weeks later had to replace black cartidge and was dissapointed as colour not good, and the printer head would not allign. Cleaned cartridges but still had same issue. At first blamed myself, but then thought why not reach out and see if the experts have any thoughts. A brilliant person called Alison responded very quickly and sent me a detailed e-mail with photographs of the cartridge and suggestions. I explained that I had to wait until someone could help me really removing the cartridge as I have arthritis. However the steps Alison suggested unfortunatly did not make any difference. So I photographed the report sheets produced by the printer, and sent them to Alison. Almost immediately she responded offerring a replacement cartridge or a full refund. I opted for a replacement cartridge, as I thought if the colour worked not an issue with my printer. The replacement cartridge was issued within hours, usual fantastic delivery with it arriving on a Sunday! Popped it into the printer, no issues worked perfectly first time. Alison is the perfect person to deal with, no trying to fob you off. She knew there was a problem, and I could sense that she was determined to get the issue resolved. And she sent me five tea bags!!! 5 Stars to Alison, a credit to the company. Thank you”

“Have used Cartridge People before and would recomend, and I'll be using again soon! I bought these for my parent's printer, unfortunately when my mother was installing them she ripped off the contact strip on the black cartridge...I haven't seen it, but apparently it does say "don't remove". The colour cartridge escaped the abuse and works works fine.”
