“I have been using Cartridge people for a number of years, but it has to be said that their prices for branded inks is certianly not cheap. I recently ordered a box of inks for my printer and I needed these fairly urgently to get a couple of jobs done and therefore paid for a premium dleivery to try and ensure that the item arrived in time for me to complete the job. I saw 3 options for delivery 1 quoted atuesday delicery which would be too late for my requirmetns but the other two options at a higher price both listed a Monday delivery - which would have been acceptable so I paid more. However when the order confirmation came through there was no commitment to the Monday delivery date and no obvious way to ask. It was late on the monday that it became obvious to me that the delivery was not going to happen and was going to cause a me a serious problem and I then found i nthee small print of the e-mails a way to raise a question. I was then told by Cartridge people that "next business day" was their standard policy and were completely unsympathetic to the fact that THEIR website had displayed a Monday delivery date, I had PAID MORE for a Monday delivery and THEY had failed to live up to the deal. If they were not prepared to support a monday delivery then THIER website SHOULT NOT ahve been displaying one - at additiional cost or otherwise. The outcome was that a pressing job got messed up and gave me significant problems and I am now reconsidering whether to continue doing business with them”

Thank you for your review, and I apologise for any confusion caused. As your order was placed on a Sunday evening, it would have been processed on the next working day (Monday). We do not have staff warehouse staff working on a weekend. Our specialist delivery services operate on standard working days, so orders placed before 6:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. The expected delivery date is also displayed at checkout when placing your order.

“It is easy order by phone for me, I got it next day delivery,it was a catch that I didn't hear my doorbell rang , good job , I phoned the courier, they followed up the matter,and showed me the package where he placed. I got it. With good communication. Thank you very much take care.”

“Fast service. Reasonable prices for branded cartridges. I have used them for a number of years but my one pet hate - once I've ordered my cartridges I'm bombarded with calls, voicemails and emails to contact them so they can offer me their compatible cartridges. Its very annoying - if I wanted compatible cartridges I would have ordered them. I now ignore all of them. If it wasn't for their competative prices I would seriously not use them again.”
