“Have used Cartridge People before and would recomend, and I'll be using again soon! I bought these for my parent's printer, unfortunately when my mother was installing them she ripped off the contact strip on the black cartridge...I haven't seen it, but apparently it does say "don't remove". The colour cartridge escaped the abuse and works works fine.”

“The item arrived in time and is as expected but the problem was the delivery man delivered to the wrong address streets away. Cartridge people tracked down where it was delivered to but I was expected to go round to the address and collect it myself. Really? The old man at that address was not pleased to see me as he has trouble getting to the door.”

“I have used Cartridge People for many years and varied orinters and found that thhe ink supplied worked ia all my machines. No problems occured with product compatibility and the service and delivery was excellant. Fully recommond this product.”

“Rachel of the Customer Service Department was extremely helpful when Evri failed to deliver a cartridge that we needed urgently before Christmas. She promptly arranged for a fresh cartridge to be delivered by DPD. We have still not received the original cartridge and we assume that Evri have lost it and will not be delivering it. Incidentally we had ordered something else from another supplier which was to be delivered by Evri and it was discovered in a pile of parcels dumped outside a house about 100 metres away from our home.”

“I ordered a printer cartridge on 22nd December, which was to be delivered on 24th, but I was informed it was delayed which was fine as it was Christmas. But I didn't receive any updates so on 2nd January as it was getting closer to my forthcoming holiday I emailed Cartridge People (5.40pm) to advise them it had not been delivered and to my surprise CHRIS phoned me within 10 mins of my email,to explain it had been returned due to damage, but he would do his best to get the replacement sent out quickly by a faster courier to arrive before my holiday! What a fabulous service from Chris! He went above and beyond and the cartridge was delivered by DPD today Sunday 4th January ☺️ thank you Chris, you are a star 🌟”

“After my Lexmark printer suddenly decided to stop recognising all of it's toners, I order a set of OEM Lexmark ones from CW. They called me and offered alternatives that they assured were compatible but at a greatly reduced price. These came with a written guarantee and were returnable. Initially they did not work but this was resolved after s software fix from Lexmark and I now have larger capacity new cartridges at a reduced price and a working printer. Delighted with the service and especially the helpful, professional phone contact.”
