“We had ordered 'own brand' cartridges instead of Epson, however on replacing, the printer still wasn't working. Wiki patiently advised a few things to try, which got the printer working perfectly. Thank you!”

“I ordered photo paper and ink for my canon photo printer. Products are excellent and great value for money. I had tried similar products from another company but they didn’t work but no issues with ones from cartridge people. Recently had an issue when courier delivered the wrong parcel, that was collected but mines was lost. Phil at cartridge people was amazing at sorting this out and within a few days I had a replacement sent out. First class service and highly recommend.”

“There was a problem with delivery, not your fault, but Evri sending it to the wrong delivery hub. Sam was very helpful in sorting it out for me, even calling me to make sure it had arrived. Customer service 5 out of 5. On price I always recommended you to others.”

“When my first delivery after 5 days did not arrive due to Evri delivery company. When I emailed Cartridge people (Yesterday) to ask if they could use Royal mail or another company to send one, Aden took charge of the situation and was very helpful in replying promptly and yes.... it arrived today via DPD. Well done on looking after your customers. PS Still waiting on Evri...”

“I rang towards the end of the working day, the phone was answered by quickly and was helped by an agent who gave me her full attention and detailed care with my difficulty for a considerable time. As I am 83 I find the digital world difficult, yet she patiently explained all that could be done to rectify my problem, including writing out step by step instructions and a link to a video online. She also explained the refund policy if I had no success with the ink cartridge. It is so helpful to speak to a human being, especially when that person is meticulous in her customer care.”
