“Very helpful & friendly people. I thought I had a faulty printer cartridge, but after help from Alison realised I had ordered the wrong type (close but no cigar). Ordered correct ones & they arrived in 2 days. Sent wrong one back that I hadn't opened & all good. I have used Cartridge People for many years & found them reliable, reasonably priced & quick to deliver.”

“Louise was extremely helpful efficient and polite, when I rang due to your appalling website. Took some time to set up order as every entry got a screeching interruption to buy something different - if that was better why not offer it in the first place? Then payment failed - had lost password so tried to come in as a visitor - not allowed but when I went in on my username there was no option as is normal to do 'Forgotten Password' - or I could not see one which is same thing. It would make more sense to ask for feedback when the item has been delivered.”

“I spoke to Marianne around 10:00 AM on 3.06.26, and she was helpful with queries about a new Canon printer and HP cartridges. These items were ordered on 3.06.26 and were delivered today (4.06.26), the Canon by Parcelforce, the cartridges by Evri I have yet to set up the printer but I expect it is likely OK.”
