“I contacted Cartridge people as it had been some time and my order had not arrived. It had been dispatched however had been delayed / lost in transit by the courier. I received an extremely quick response and Aden was more than helpful in dealing with my query.”

“I placed an order for ink cartridges and pens some time before Christmas, and received the ink quite quickly considering the time of year. After New Year the pens had still not arrived so I emailed you to see if their was a problem with that part of the order. I quickly received a response from Rachel, who advised that, as part of a split delivery, the pens were on their way, and gave me the courier's reference details. The pens duly arrived shortly afterwards. A very efficient service, thanks for dealing with this matter so promptly. Happy New Year to you all. Colin Davison”
