“I phoned Cartridge World this afternoon, spoke to Sheree who was really helpful. We talked through various options, I'm not sure whether to buy a replacement drum and toner cartridge, or to spend the money on a new Brother printer as we've had ours for quite a long time. Trying to make my mind up but will definitely be back to Cartridge World when it stops completely! It's still so worth it to be able to speak to a real person!”

“The courier company claimed they had tried to deliver 3 times whereas they had only tried once and they informed me they were sending the parcel back to Cartridge People. I messaged Cartridge people and they responded immediately that a replacement was on its way to me. How refreshing to receive such great service!”

“Whenever I phoned through an order with the cartridge people I find the staff at the other end of the phone are absolutely delightful, polite and extremely helpful. The cop just a brilliant and very good value as well as the A4 paper.”
