“I tried to change my password. I put in my new password and was asked for my current one. The reason for the change was that I had forgotten it. Blinking obvious! Unless you make your systems more user I won't try and use you again. I had used you in the past without this problem. Why can't I just order as a guest as other online merchants allow?”

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to hear you had an issue amending your password. A password reset email doesn't ask you to put your old password in, it should just say "new password" then "confirm new password" You can bypass our account page by going directly to Paypal from the basket page. “I brought a cartridge for a present for my friend but they got the prinyer model number reversed so i ordered the wrong cartridge. I went onto vhat and Mekanie sorted it for me. It was the first time in 5 years using CP that i had to return something. Melanie was 5 dtar and made the return painless. Thanks Melanie”

“The delivery of my cartridge was excellent. Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong one and had opened the outside casing box before realising it was wrong. I filled in the contact form to see if I could exchange this cartridge. I have spoken by e-mail to a gentleman called Chris who was very polite, friendly and helpful. I understand why I was unable to get a refund, but even so was treated very politely. I have since ordered the correct cartridge, fingers crossed, and will use this firm again.”

“Absolutely brilliant and professional service. I bought a certain range of cartridges and got a call just before dispatch that the same ink was used in another package, just £25 cheaper. They sent the delivery on time and refunded the £25. I am really impressed and couldn't recommend them more. Thanks.”
