“Product is as described which I am happy with.Didn’t appreciate cartridge people calling me after the purchase to try and get me to change to a different own brand product. It misses the whole point of internet ordering.”

“NO tracking provided till after the item worth nearly £300 had been delivered not even informed the item had been dispatched very lucky i arrived back on the farm yard just a few minutes after the delivery driver arrived and the driver was very good as far as the delivery being on time was never given a time”

“As a customer of several years and having purchased numerous print cartridges during those years I am qualified to give genuine feedback. The ordering process is very simple and straight-forward. The cartridges are quickly dispatched. They are packed in away to ensure safe receipt. I have never used their compatible cartridges but their branded cartridges are always priced competively with other sellers. I am unable to give feedback about the quality of their customer services because in all the years that I have used them, I have never had cause to complain or return an item. Their direct marketing is not so frequent as to be annoying. I certainly would never purchase a print cartridge from any one else, and I hope that this feedback help others.”

“Item was a good price but let down by delivery. The cartridges were packed in a bag which, by the time it arrived at my address, had flattened the cartridge boxes, hopefully they will all work.”
