“In stock and quick delivery, but they tried to ring me three times to sell me their 'special offer' I don't wish to be harrassed like this, so will think twice before buying again.”

“Used this company a few times and will continue doing so. Customer service is very good and would recommend to anyone. There was a bit of an issue with the delivery due to a system issue but Vicky and the team sorted all of that out for me pretty quickly. Thank you Cartridge People.”

“I find the customer service and technical expertise at Cartridge People to be excellent in every way. They are very professional, knowledgable and courteous, patient, understanding and willing to go the extra mile at all times. “Lucy was very helpful and efficient. She asked sensible questions and dealt with my issue which is a colour cartridge that won't work. Having checked I had done various things, a replacement cartridge is being sent out as we couldn't resolve the problem.”

“I needed toner for my printer and thought the makers toner would be best, as I have had some nighmares over other company's 'own' products. So I paid for my expensive toner and to my surprise was telephoned by cartridge people who suggested I use their own make toner. After explaining why their own toner was excellent, and being given firm assurances that it would be fine, I was sent 2 for 1, which shows how value for money cartridge people are. The toner is working just fine of course, so that is why I'm writing this review! Thanks, Jude.”

“Since I purchased a new Brother printer I have been buying Cartridge People own brand ink cartridges. I had a problem with one new cartridge a couple of days ago - it was not recognised by the printer. Marianne at Cartridge People suggested things to try but the sent me a replacement cartridge when that didn't work. It was delivered the next day. Prompt and effective service.”

“To be fair I ordered the original Brother products.Cartridge people rang me and asked me if I would consider swapping tother compatible brand and I said no as I did 3 years ago and had bad experiences with their Toners.I ended up agreeing to try theirs this time on condition they send whats actually ordered if the quality wasn't up to scratch after the issues in 2022.Today I am sat using the compatible brand which so far are doing well and coming out clearly.I am getting the occasional yellow blotch on all my work which I'm slightly worried about as I need clear images for what I'm doing but I will happily try for a few more days the new Drum and toners”

“I bought a Canon Printer which was delivered quickly. On set up there was an error code. Contacted Customer Services who explained how to try and rectify. Turned out was a manufacturing fault and needed replacing. George who dealt with the initial enquiry and Vicky who dealt with replacement printer were very friendly, polite and efficient. Why 5 stars for a faulty product- well they rely on manufacturer sending functioning product but in this case there was a fault - these things happen. Nice to deal with a company that treats customers so well when there is a problem.”
