“I always used brand cartridges but was persuaded to use Cartridge People own brand in my Canon pixma printer. Much cheaper and I have seen no difference whatsoever in the quality of printing and they contain more ink too. I will now always use these cartridges and will not go back to Canon branded. I recommend that you try the Cartridge People own brand and I think you will not go back.”

“I contacted cartridgepeople when I thought I had a problem with a cartridge I had got from them.I was advised by Sam who was very helpful .It turned out the problem was in the connection between my iPad and the printer.Thanks very much Sam.”

“Wiktoria in Customer Service was extremely helpful in resolving a problem I had with the non-delivery of an item which I had been expecting for several days. It had apparently been lost in transit and she arranged for a replacement to be delivered which arrived today. Many thanks, Wiktoria.”

“I ordered a toner for next day delivery and true to their work it was delivered on time by DPD. I had a couple of questions with regards to my order so I emailed and very quickly had a return email from Chris who was extremely helpful and was able to sort my query out very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company and thanks to their great customer service I will be ordering from them again soon. Many thanks to Chris for all his help on this occasion.”

“I've used Cartridge People for at least six years s I find their prices are reasonable, the quality of their products is high, delivery is outstanding, and their customer service is responsive and effective. Over the years, there have been some problems regarding the major brands trying to ensure that companies such as CP do not reuse their cartridges (so they can still charge inflated prices). However, CP have overcome these problems and are continuing to do so. I am very happy to continue to use CP and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable, alternative printer cartridge to the major printer brands.”
