“When I accidently ordered 2 toner cartridges for my colour laser, I requested a cancellation of the order. This was actioned very quickly by Emma. Excellent customer service, will use them again.”

“As a long standing customer I've always been pleased with the quality, price and delivery of the ink cartridges supplied. A recent change in delivery methods has not been a positive however, Evri hasn't had good reviews delivering various products and that continued with my cartridges. It's not a good choice of delivery firm for Cartridge People and that is a shame and could be a game changer for me in the future”

Which is a shame as you have been shopping with us for many years. We have worked with Evri for several years and, overall, they do achieve a strong delivery success rate. That said, we do appreciate that issues can occasionally occur and that parcels can sometimes be delayed or go missing. We don’t appear to have received any prior correspondence from you regarding a delivery issue. If you have experienced a problem, we would always encourage you to get in touch as our customer service team is on hand to help and ensure you receive what you ordered. For future orders, please also note that we offer DPD as an alternative courier option, which can be selected at checkout. “Cartridge people are very good at customer service,pricing and delivering on time as promised.I had a slight problem with a printer cartridge but Marianne sorted it out immediatley without me even having to ask.I would certainly recommend them for all your computer needs”

“Fantastic customer service provider today by Liam from your client service team . I had an issue with recently supplied HPCartridges. I email this morning and had a reply very quickly. The issue was addressed and sort to my satisfaction in super quick time . Many thanks to Liam .”

“Good service. Had some cartridge failures in the past but they were soon replaced. Very good service from Chris on my last order for a colour cartridge, which is working well. Actually thought I'd already sent a review but it seems to have disappeared from my outbox!”
