“Melanie at Cartridge People was extremely helpful. I have an ongoing issue with my printer and although it is not yet resolved Melanie has arranged for a replacement part to be sent out and has talked through the issue with me in detail. Excellent customer service”

“There was a problem with the own brand colour cartridge supplied as it produced a very poor and unacceptable print out. I went on the Cartridge People website and started using the Chatbot but got a very poor and slow response despite attaching a print out of the quality and the test result from the printer. So much so that it had stopped replying to my question for 20 mins so I gave up. I called the customer service phone number and spoke with Sam who was very helpful and promised to send out a replacement cartridge for next day delivery.”

“Excellent customer service from Marianne; answered all my questions I asked in an email and gave me good advise with a general request. I'm new to Catridge People, having taken over from another where I work and I'm looking forward to ordering from them and I know any problems/queries will be dealt with quickly by Marianne.”

“My rating has been marked down as the delivery by Parcel Force was first attempted without any prior notice, then requiring a re-delivery. This was duly planned, and having spent the day waiting, never turned up. Subsequently delivered with the envelope torn open, having been heavily crushed. Fortunately the printer cartridges were undamaged and hadn't been lost.”

“Excellent, swift, service for office esstential items. Acccidently ordered some different cartridges with a similar sounding company and that was a mistake, they lasted only half as long as the Cartirdge People versions. Highly recommended as good value compared to printer brand name cartridges.”

“We purchased our Brother MFC-J6940DW through Cartridge People and took out the 3-year warranty product. The top feeder for copying documents started having an issue with feeding paper through on the last day of the warranty cover. We called Cartridge People and spoke to a very helpful person who asked us to take a video and send it through to them. We followed this up with an email and attaching the video. We received back a courteous response from Hannah with a comprehensive explanation on what the fault appeared to be with a photo of the ADF sensor and a step-by-step guide to checking and cleaning the sensors and rollers whilst also consulting an engineer to see if it is cost effective to repair or replace. No quibbles just helpful advice. We followed the cleaning advice and printer appears to have resolved the issue which we fed back. I have received a very comprehensive response from Hannah with costs of replacement parts and labour charges and helpful advice. Excellent customer aftercare. Would definitely purchase from CP again.”

“Placed a order waited for delivery,item did not come made inquiry only to be told item was not in stock' fair play cartridge people were quick to reimburse and put amount paid back in my bank account. Cannot fault their efficancy.”
