“Amazing customer service from Hannah, from Cartridge people! Quick and efficient, and above all topped with a smile - 100% recommend. Miles ahead all these supposedly hi-tech brands (HP, not to mention, big thumbs DOWN) who couldn't care less about their customers, except for boosting their sales. My printer issue (due to reconditioned cartridges, remotely blocked) was fixed over the phone, no fuss. Thank you Hannah, I really felt taken care of! Kind regards, Rachel”

“I had an issue that I thought was probably due to a faulty cartridge (delivering too much ink on 'draft' printing settings) and empty too soon. Aden was extremely helpful with advice for checking that cartridge was really empty and that the print head was not clogged - and sent a replacement cartridge, which arrived nest day and is working as it should on 'draft' settings. Very pleased. Thank you.”

“Hannah was very helpful when I had an email query about installation of my new Canon PIXMA 2551S printer and her response was fast. I have used Cartridge People in the past for replacement of ink cartridges and am definitely encouraged now by their friendly customer service to use them again for printers and related products as well.”

“Very poor service never received the items I ordered was offered money to go and look for the package myself what a joke trying to get a refund is a nightmare best avoided”

“Excellent service, my only issue is I live in a zero rated VAT area but VAT is not automatically removed. Although, if I email a refund request after every order is received I do receive a refund.”

“Whilst the product was good, I have given only 2 stars as delivery by Evri was not so! Order placed 28/4, finally delivered on 9/5. Due to the delivery company used, I won't use them again. We are a business open 830 to 530 daily but this obviously does not suit the courier's schedule.”

“Hello! I have been buying Cartridge People's own brand cartridges for ages. My printer works perfectly with their ink. And the service from Cartridge People has always been brilliant. Standard delivery says 2 - 3 business days but my order usually arrives the next day. I placed an order last Thursday & it arrived on Friday. Unfortunately the package was damaged in transit & two or the three cartridges were broken. I called up Customer Service & spoke with Sam. He immediately dispatched replacement cartridges that arrived on Saturday morning along with some Yorkshire Tea teabags. I am so impressed with Sam & the service Cartridge People provided”
