“Delivery on time,unfortunately I ordered wrongly. Rang and spoke to Hannah, great advert for your company, sympathetic response, good sense of humour, excellent. Cartridges have been returned hope that service is as good”

“Excellent customer service. I bought their own ink jets which unfortunately HPprinters don’t allow. The team gave me advice to try them refunded me. I will continue to buy from cartridge people.”

“I have been with Cartridge People for a few years and their service is great. The order is dispatched on the same day as you order for next day delivery. The cartridges are cheaper. They carry both types ( original ones and their own brand). I have been using the original cartridges as my printer doesn’t work well with any other cartridges. But their Owen cartridges are as good as the original.”

“This is the first time ever that any retailer has phoned me directly after a query. Chris went more than the "extra mile" to resolve the problem which was of my own making. He checked with me the whole time which made me feel confident in the outcome. To top it all he sounds as though he comes from the same county as me which a bonus! Happy New Year to All”
