“i ordered original epson cartridges.....a lady from cartridge people rang me few minutes after i placed my order and convinced me to buy genuine cartridges....ive got genuine....whats hapend????......my printer not working anymore........thank you cartridge people”

“I got through to Rachel quite quickly - no long waiting. My problem was that the cartridges sent, although they matched up administratively as compatible with my Canon printer were not being accepted when I installed them in the machine. Rachel was very straightforward in addressing my problem and patiently explored with me all possible reasons for this. Although we didn't actually find a solution Rachel organised replacement cartridges to be sent to me and assured me that she will review things again once these have been tried in the printer. I very much appreciated Rachel's patient and resourceful approach and look forward to finding a solution to my problem. Mike Lynch Mike Lynch”

“I ordered a new hp ink cartridge for my printer but was phoned up by one of you customer services advisers who persuaded me to change my order for your own brand ink cartridges. I told them that my printer always could tell when I did not use an HP ink cartridge but she said she could guarantee that it would work perfectly well and that you sold many thouands of them with never a problem etc. Sadly my printer does not agree. It spotted it striaght away and gave a warning that the standard of print would suffer- unfortunately it has suffered and is not even some areas being lighter than others. I have had HP cartridges from yourselves for many years with no problem - you get what you pay for!”
