“I spoke to Phil at Customer Service, Cartridge People to request returning some toner ink cartridges for my printer which had developed a fault. Phil responded positively and made me feel comfortable and supportive of my request. Phil was also very helpful in informing me of the latest trends in printer technology and this knowledge gave me much confidence in deciding on the make and type of new printer that would best suit my needs.”

“I didn't welcome receiving an unsolicited phone call from a pushy sales person urging me to change my order from OEM cartridges to Cartridge People cartridges. This option was clear during the order process and it should not be pursued by the company once the order is made.”
