“Thanks Sheree for your detailed reply to my question about recycling my old laser cartridges. Not only was I told that they could be recycled but I was given a step by step guide as to how to go about this. Very professionally done and I'm most grateful for your help. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this company.Well done everyone!”

“Excellen service and customer care. The product is very high qulity. Value for money is very good. I booked and paid for overnight delivery. This could not be met due to snowfall in ENgland which was completely out of CARTRIDGE PEOPLE'S control. I was always kept informed about the status of the delivery, and when the order arrived a day late (not their fault), they had even put an icer scraper (!) for my car into the envelope as a little give-away. 5-star service!”

“As they use Evri,who were useless, sadly I won't be ordering from them again. I never received my order so had to be refunded. A few issues with the service received from CP initially that I wasn't happy with and disappointedat their responseto my complaint. However they did process a refund quickly.A real shame.”

Good Morning, I am sorry your order didn't arrive. I will pass your feedback on regarding your complaint. I have listened to your call with our agent and can see he tried to help you. I understand it is extremely frustrating when your order doesn't arrive and you are desperate to print. Our lost in post policy is 5 working days and we are experiencing a lot of delays with all couriers due to the knock on effect of the bad weather we had. Kind Regards, Sarah

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had an issue with delivery. I can see it arrived later than we would anticipate. I have listened to your call and I am sorry you felt the call wasn't dealt with correctly. The advisor did take your feedback on board and explained about our 5 day lost in post policy, as your parcel did arrive within these timescales. We unfortunately have had a lot of issues with our delivery providers due to a back log after we had the bad weather. Again I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Sarah
