“I always order my ink cartridges and paper from Cartridge People. I find their products are good value for money, and very dependable. One order was not delivered by Evri, and Andrew arranged to send a replacement order the same day that I e-mailed. Highly recommended for good customer service.”

“Couldn't fault the customer service I received from Lindsay and Simon Heath. They understood my problem refunded my original order and re-sent the inks I originally wanted. I will be using Cartridge people again. Thank you both”

“Aden was incredibly helpful when my delivery was made elsewhere in the village by Evri. Do not ever use this company for deliveries. Aden was able (by GPS co-ordinates) to tell me exactly where the parcel had been left so, although I had to walk through the village to collect my parcel, I was reunited with it.”

“I first spoke with Liam who suggested a solution to my problem which unfortunately didn't work. I then spoke to Marianne who was extremely helpful knew that I had used your replacement cartridges before without any problems and decided that I warranted a replacement. She was very efficient and friendly and organised delivery of my cartridge which has arrived and works perfectly A very efficient and professional service Will use again”
