“I had a lovely phone call with a lady, she helped me pick out the right ink for my printer. I had a little trouble with it and I reached out by email and they were really good to me. I appreciate all the advice and help they’ve given me :)”

“Wonderful service. Why? Quite simply the customer services team had the manners to respond to a query about my delivery. It might sound like a given but more frequently I’m finding organisations lack the minimum in good manners and more often than not I don’t get a response at all! My order was more than perfect with a useful gift as a gesture and smart reminder of where I ordered my printing supplies from. All my items were delivered in good time as specified at the time of my order. Sometimes the little things go a long way. Thank you and I won’t hesitate to order from this team in the future.”

“I have had a very good experience with cartridge people, I had a nightmare with my printer, it suddenly needing replacing and i needed help with the inks I had bought for this, and getting my new ink sorted.Aden was really helpful and took the stress off which I really appreciate. “Cartridge People are the best for printer ink, I have used them for some years now, they are professional and polite at all times. Their own brand cartridges are excellent with a life time guarantee! I had a problem with my printer and spoke to Alison who was really nice and easy to talk to, she solved my problem in no time.
