“I was persuaded to purchase your own brand catridges for my Epson XP - 4200 printer, against my better jusdgement. I had bought them before and they had ruined my printer. Nevertheless, I purchashed them with the reassurance that they would not harm my printe, and you would replace my printer if they did. Today, two of the inks ran out on my printer,and I replaced them with your own brand ones, my printer gave out a message that I had not replaced with genuine Epson cartridges, but I went ahead to print a document. My printer made an awful noise and when I looked inside it, something had snapped off. It was working perfectly well before I inserted the own brand cartridges, so I hope that you are going to take responsibility for breaking my printer and please replace it with the same printer. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more of your own brand cartridges, and will stick to the genuine Epson ons.”

“Having a faulty item in stock for some time I expected problems getting a replacement because of its age. I have to say I am blown away by the service i received. I contacted customer support and Hannah replied that same day. She fully grasped the situation, was able to diagnose the issue with the toner cartridge and started the replacement process. A quick reply from me with a photo of the batch number and job done! A replacement arrived the following day. Excellent service, thank you Hannah!”

“Rachel in Customer Services was very prompt with an issue I had with the courier Evri who, not once but twice left the parcel on a public highway! Rachel sorted it and refunded without issue. Evri failed completely on this but Cartridge People were great.”

“We have used Cartridge People a few times now and they are always very efficient and delivery is fast. Our most recent order got delayed with the Courier however on contacting Customer Service, Aden dealt with this issue for us and arranged for a replacement set of cartridges to be sent - which were delivered the next day. Aden was a pleasure to deal with, prompt with email responses and dealt with the situation immediately. Great customer service - thank you!”

“Two cartridges did not print the number of pages indicated on the packaging. One was replaced; refused to replace the second cartridge that was considerably short of the 200 pages indicated and expected. I shall find another supplier.”

“I had a lovely phone call with a lady, she helped me pick out the right ink for my printer. I had a little trouble with it and I reached out by email and they were really good to me. I appreciate all the advice and help they’ve given me :)”
