“I had an issue with returning some items I had wrongly ordered, as I live in an area not covered by their usual service. I contacted Customer Service and have to say that the service I received from Aden sorting a satisfactory resolution was superb. Such a change these days so i know who I will come back to in future. Thank you Aden.”

“I have been a customer for years without any issue, but when my cartridges did not turn up I contacted Customer services, via email. I quickly got a reply from a "Caroline" who delt with the issue which was to do with the local delivery service. Caroline followed up with a further email and then phoned to check the issue had been resolved. A First Class Serve, and lets be honest, its not often you can say that these days.”

“Emma was fantastic, very Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She spent considerable time in trying to resolve my printer issues with my six year old HP printer/scanner/copier. However, when it proved to be a hardware issue, Emma was most helpful in providing me with all the information to guide me through all the technical information required for purchasing a new printer/scanner/copier. She made the transition effortless. I can thoroughly recommend Cartridge People, who I have dealt with for my printer requirements for many year now, and praise their commitment to customer satisfaction in customer service, price, delivery, returns and refunds. “Delivery is always prompt, and prices are fair. Amazing customer service - had a defective cartage, and the issue was resolved by their advisor Alison, with a rapid offer of tech support, followed by a replacement item at no cost to us. A friendly and customer-focused company. Always happy to buy from them.”
