“Your product & service is great. The only disappointment is your choice of courier, Evri. Whenever this courier is used I find the delivery timescale more than a little disappointing. I strongly suspect that they transport goods as far as Inverness and there they sit for days until such time as they deem they have enough goods to then send further up North! This can be incredibly annoying especially when as a customer I require goods to arrive promptly. I have not noticed this issue with other courier services!”
