“It seemed to me my black ink cartridge had run out sooner than I expected. I rang and spoke to Alsion who took the time to explain how the length of time a cartridge should last is calculated. She recommended one of Cartridge People's own brand of black ink cartridge. I said I'd read poor reviews about 'own brand' cartridges and she said if it failed to perform as expected, it was covered by a guarantee and would be replaced. So I ordered one and so far so good.”

“Prompt delivery every time. I was very sceptical at using compatible cartridges but gave it a go. All has been well until the last 2. I rang for advice and spoke to a refreshingly helpful man called Sam. He pointed out the cartridges have a 3 year warranty which I’d forgotten. He emailed me some instructions as to what might solve my problems which I followed and they solved my problems. I must say I’m very impressed at the care and consideration that I received and based on this experience would recommend this company (and Sam).”

“I have used Cartridge People for a number of years satisfactorily, however, I mistakenly and regretfully used a company with a similar name. The difference was night and day with their product so I’m much more careful not to make sure I only use Cartridge People. Not only are they most efficient but their product is far superior and of better value than others. Thank you Cartridge People.”

“I spoke with Caroline this morning regarding a problem I thought I had with a cartridge. She was both knowledgeable and helpful. It was not the cartridge but a printer settings issue which she guided me on how to fix. All is good now. Brilliant service.”

“I have been using Cartridge People own brand HP XL cartridges for years and years and never had a problem with them until yesterday when one of the cartridges failed to communicate with my printer. After going through the prescribed checks, I contacted Cartridge People late last night. First thing this morning Alison made contact and, after checking what had happened, put a replacement in the post. You can't ask really ask for more - well done Alison, brilliant customer service.”
