“I wanted to buy an HP62XL colour cartridge from Cartridge People (CP). It would have cost about £49. CP suggested their HC62XL cartridge, costing about £34, was just as good and they would guarantee the cartridge plus my printer if anything went wrong. I have now used the HC62XL, which is a refilled HP cartridge with the correct identity chip in it, and it is as good as they say. The printer detected the re-engineered cartridge but accepted it with no problem. All is good, and I saved a lot of money. Thankyou.”

“The original cartridge that was sent to me did not work so I rang, and a new cartridge arrived 2 days later which work perfectly. Excellent service”

“Evri claimed cartridges delivered, they weren't. Sam organised replacements very quickly via different courier. Very apologetic even though it's not CP's fault. Excellent friendly communications and service.”
