“I bought two replacement cartridges which arrives very promptly. Unfortunately one did not work correctly, and Wiktoria gave me vey clear and helpful instructions on how to run tests on my machine to identify the problem, and then sent a replacement cartridge. Prompt, friendly, helpful. Great service.”

“I use the cartridge people for all my printer cartridge requirements. I tend to use manufacturers own cartridges but decided to use one of their own cartridges on this occasion. I did experience problems using the own brand cartridge but Si was able to rescue the situation - Well done Si, excellent service.”

“As a supplier, Cartridge People do a good job of supplying. Delivery of my HP Laserjet cartridges took first priority and were delivered the next day. Quite impressive. However, as one does, these are to replace the ones in my printer which are nearly finished, so I am unable to say whether the replacements either work at all, or how they perform in practice. Only time will tell. Interesting - these are an own brand, so there is always a risk that they will be a waste of money. I do hope not.”

“Cartridge People are my "go to" guys for replacement cartridges. I have always found them to be competitive price wise and delivery is super fast. A while back I had a problem with a cartridge. I contacted them and Liam quickly responded offering a refund or a replacement. Would certainly recommend them.”
