“A great company - not afraid to run away when there is a problem! I had an issue with a cartridge that wasn't delivering ink properly. I sent an e-mail asking for advice and received a prompt and friendly reply from Alison with useful advice on clearing clogged nozzles. Although that got ink flowing, there was a problem with non-delivery of yellow ink to the paper. On request I sent her a print out and she quickly replied and told me I'd be sent a brand new cartidge. Soon after, I received a communication from Evri saying that they had package from Cartridge People for delivery to me, and it arrived the next day. I installed the new cartridge - absolutely perfect. They even sent me free tea bags - thank you Alison and all at Cartridge People!”

“Appears to be excellent value and this was 2nd purchase but jury is out. However, I'll see how this set goes because with a virtually full set I printed a 16 page A4 brochures for wildflower turf and it pretty much used all 4. To be fair there was a lot of colour pictures on each page but about £50 to print 16 pages isn't what I call value.”

“A great service - from ordering to delivery first class. The reason for my slight dissatisfaction is information on how to return used cartridges. The website bounces me around. I live in the UK and wish to return my used cartridges but the process is as clear as mud. Help Please.”

“I have been buying own brand cartridges from CP for some years. When I changed from an HP printer to an Epson, the new printer rejected CP's cartridges. I ordered some Epson Originals from CP. CP called me to check that the order was correct. When I explained the problem, CP told me that I could return the unused own brand for a refund. I had no idea about this but did so and have received the refund. CP think that Epson will now accept CP's cartridges and say that, if I order them next time but my printer still rejects them, they will refund again. Remarkable customer service throughout. Thanks to all at CP, especially Alison.”
