“Had a faulty cartridge which was replaced by Lindsay quickly arriving next day. We tried a couple of fixes but I wasn’t asked to waste too much time before a replacement offered - all working now. Great customer service!”

“We had a problem with 2 of the inks which couldn't be recognised by the printer. I contacted customer services and spoke to Si Bennett who gave me instructions on how to reset the inks and that worked perfectly. Si was brilliant and solved the problem :)”

“I have used the Cartridge People for many years now, originally in a working environment and more recently retired as a personal customer. I have always been extremely satisfied with their prices, quality and customer service. Today I rang to arrange a return, items for recycle and to place an order and spoken to Lucy who I found very pleasant and helpful.”
