I messaged Si Bennett regarding a cartridge in the printer that was not functioning. He was extremely helpful, Professional and solved this issue immediately by sending out a replacement cartridge. Very happy with the Customer Service at The Cartridge People :)

I thought I had been delivered a non genuine cartridges as the box were different from original HP. I previously bought some that although it said compatible with HP my printer rejected them. I spoke to Sam and he stayed on the phone whilst I fitted them in printer to prove to me them were genuine cartridges. 10/10

Good prices and good service as always, thank you. My Canon printer even identifies your cartridges as genuine Canon ones, so no problems installing them. The output is as good as original Canon cartridges, as far as I am concerned.

I had and issue with my printer not printing cleanly, they suggested a fix and it worked and sent a replacement cartridge. Great service and customer care.

Rachel in customer services went the extra mile when I queried the lack of one part of my order which appeared to have been missed. Eventually my full order arrived (via 3 different couriers!) so the issue was sorted! Thanks for the call from Rachel and her help in sorting this!

A five star review for Aden in Cartridge People’s support team. However not so good for the carrier used to deliver my order. I received an email from the carrier to say they had received the item for delivery but then nothing, so I emailed Cartridge People. I received a reply immediately from Aden who re-sent the order which has now arrived. Many thanks for the excellent support service.

The company service was very good but they were let down by the courier,Evri. My cartridges were order on the 12th June2026 and I still hadn't received them by the 22nd June 2026. I contacted the company and received an e-mail from Chris. He offered to re send my cartridges on next day delivery with an other courier, DPD, which I received no problem.

Evri destroyed the package and delivered an empty envelope. Quick call to Louise and replacement dispatched and arrived the next day. Also had to request a copy of the original invoice and again supplied by return. Making a potential problem into a good outcome. Thanks.
