“Good price, quick service but a sales person rang us up to try and convince us to buy your own brand of cartridge over Canon's and they just would not take no for an answer. I repetably (about six times) had to explain why I did not want to change or try your own brand at this time. Tbh it has put me off slightly buying from you in the future. Its not all about saving money!!”

“I would not recommend Cartridge People as I was given a sales call a day after the order. Then have had countless emails and messages and can't seem to unsubscribe... really not worth it.”

“I inadvertently ordered the incorrect ink for my computer as HP are scamming people by activating HP+ meaning that you can only use their inks, I contacted Cartridge people and Marianne resolved my issue by refunding my payment which allowed me to reorder the HP product.”

“I think Cartridge People are very good, But Evri couriers are letting them down. My parcel was left under some bricks 2 doors away although my address was clearly marked. At the time both my neighbor and I were at home. Luckily my neighbor heard someone knock at the door but when she went nobody was there, After looking around she saw the parcel under some bricks. If she wasn't a honest neighbor I would not have received my parcel. I reported it by phone to Cartridge People.”
