“Very happy with the help Alison provided. I had my doubts that the cartridge cleaning process she described would work. But it did, and I am very grateful. I'd also mention the speed and personalised nature of the response she provided. That is increasingly rare these days and a reason why I will always use Cartridge People first.”

“I had an issue with a couple of cartridges not working properly. I contacted Cartridge People and Rachel who I dealt with was most helpful and understanding. She resent new cartridges out to me without me asking. This is what customer service is about. I have dealt with this company on a couple of occasion and this was the first item I needed to contact their customer service and was very pleased with it and I will continue to use them”

“I have used Cartridge People for my printer ink for a few years, since I realised their own brand were cheaper and, in fact, better than original. Quality is excellent and they last longer. When I bought my first ones I was amazed at how long, now that is just normal. When it comes to customer service, I can only relate my recent experience. I had a problem when replacing a black cartridge. I was in the middle of a long print run and spoke to Lyndsay at 5pm on a Friday. She listened patiently to my tale of woe, then offered to send replacements. They arrived at 2pm the next day, Saturday. 21 hours, probably a record. Give Lyndsay a medal.”
