“I have been using the Cartridge People for a while now and use their own brand of cartridges which last so much longer than the offical HP versions with so much more ink in them. Generally I have little problems with them but when I do they replace or refund the costs very promptly. The customer service assistants are very helpful and sort out problems very quickly. What more can one ask of companies we buy from.”

“My order arrived damaged by the delivery agent. On contacting Cartridge people to explain, Si Bennet immediately offered a complete replacement of the cartridges. He also requested photos of the damage so he could contact Evri with the evidence and I have sent these. Action from Cartridge People was fast and efficient to correct something for which they are not at fault. Excellent service!”

“Excellent service and the cartridges seem great, The printed page looks great and the price is wonderful, My cartridges arrived the very next day, it doesn't get any better than that. I emailed the company with a query and Hannah replied within minutes to allay any fears I had. All in all I am very happy with the goods and service I have received. Thank You.”

“This was my first time for a while to order their own brand of HP cartridge and there was an issue with one of 2 items delivered in the usual prompt way. I contacted the Company Customer Service and Alison responded very promptly with helpful advice in a reassuring email. The end result was that a replacement was required and Alison responded with confirmation that this would be arranged. The replacement was with me in less than 24hr. The Company is normally excellent and the Customer Service performance in dealing with a problem was amazing.”
