“I experienced an issue with non delivery of an order, DPD stated it was delivered but it wasn’t to my address. I contacted customer service and Alison immediately replied confirming the details of my query. The service I received was excellent and I have now received a replacement order.”

“I wrongly sent a complaint to Cartridge People (from whom I had just ordered a genuine product) instead of the intended supplier of faulty compatibles. The complaint was handled by Lindsey. In spite of the time wasted, her reply was courteous and helpful. Good service even when it wasn't their product.”

“I have been a CP customer for a number of years, and all the products I have received have been fine. However, I recently received a printer cartridge which did not work. I contacted CP, and they replied immediately and advised me how I might be able to remedy the defect, but when this did not work, they sent me a replacement cartridge straight away, free of charge, which arrived in a couple of days. I was looked after by Aden at CP, who was excellent, and I would recommend both him and CP for their service and products.”

“I went on the website about the problem with the black toner cartridge I had received and after I sent it there was an almost instant replay by George on email in technical support and was very nice then I got emailed by Marianne and Rachel and they were both very nice and offered to give me a refund and offered other solutions.”

“I had an issue with HP printer with CP own brand cartridges and would not print due to the HP+ lockout that I was unaware of 🤬(damn you HP). I contacted CP and was answered by Wiktoria you dealt with my query and offered a no quibble refund. Also gave me useful information about HP printers. Very professional and rapid in dealing with my problem.”

“Sam was great phoned within minutes of me emailing and emailed me with advice. Unfortunately it didn't work so he promised me a replacement. EVRI the courier folk have lost the order I placed earlier. I just chased them but only got a recorded voice and they say it will be delivered tomorrow, but I don't believe them!!!”
