“As a previous user of their own brand HP printer toner cartridges, ( that I was very satisfied with) I ordered 3 more. These did not work i.e. they were too big for the printer; the suggestion being there were some manufacturing/supplier problems?! I accepted a partial refund and a genuine HP cartridge . They may have made an error(s) in selecting their supplier but not in their customer services staff recruitment………..Hannah was excellent and couldn’t have been more timely and helpful.”

“Excellant service and prices. Would have saved about £3 on original cartridges, was told their compatibles were very good. ( Idon`t normally use compatibles as I have had some problems in the past.) Their guarentee persuaded me to give them a try. At the moment I have 3 in with 5 originals and I can`t see a difference. I might when I have all the compats in. So I will reserve judgement until then.”

“Ordering a compatible toner cartridge (BR-TN2510XL) was easy to do, dispatch was quick as was the delivery (although the latter was a little confusing by the courier). 5 star rating up to now. But, I have not used the replacement cartridge yet so I don't know whether it works or not.”

“I was disappointed to receive a phone call after my online order, even though I had specifically requested no contact. The man was very determined and insistent. He wanted to sell me an alternative product which i made clear I did not want. I must have said 'thank you but no thank you' ten times while he would not stop talking, then put the phone down on me. I will not use Cartridge People again.”

“The above star rating is regard to your service and product, however your delivery company deserves less than one. my parcel was delivered at the date and time stated but to the wrong address. As I live in a rural area I had to walk 400yds in the pouring rain to pick up my delivery and paid for the privilage to do so. I know I am a small consumer but in the past I have stoped dealing with two other suppliers for this reason. I have conplained to your delivery people but have not received any communication from them and now I HAVE COMPLAINED to you.”

“I’m a regular customer for cartridges: the site is easy to use and orders are fulfilled promptly. The own-brand cartridges are fine although my canon printer sometimes flags them as empty when they’re not!”

“Previous experience with cartridge people has been excellent, however on this occasion they tried to pressurise me into buying compatible cartridges rather than the genuine manufacturers cartridge. I do not like pressurised selling and will go elsewhere next time”

“The online service was smooth and dispatch was fairly quick, so no complaints there. However, after placing my order, I received a call from a sales representative who became quite abrupt when I declined their suggestion to switch from Canon cartridges to their own brand. While I understand they were trying to offer a cheaper option, the tone felt unnecessary, especially when the call ended abruptly without any courtesy. It’s a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but a more polite approach would have made a better impression. Given that printer cartridges are widely available from many other retailers, this experience has put me off returning to this company in the future.”

“I recently made a purchase of HP cartridges as a return customer. After completing the purchase I returned to the Web site to look for another Cartridge for a friend when I noticed that the price I paid for my cartridge was over £7.00 more than the price on the Web site. I contacted customer services and Phil sorted out the over-charge in good time, even on a Bank Holiday. Even the higher price was better than the rest of the market.”
