“Vicky was incredibly helpful and helped chase and resolve my issue and own error meaning it was being delivered to the wrong address. She was fast and communicative and rectified my error and 2 days later (today) I received my package. Thanks so much! Amy”

“The poor rating is due to Cartridge People using EVRi for delivery. Our package was posted on 16 April and only delivered on 27 April. Awful. The package wasn't left in the safe place we put on the delivery instructions but left on our doormat exposed to the weather (and passers-by) The packaging is all paper/card. The courier didn't ring our doorbell or knock although we were in (with cars on the drive so clearly someone was home). If Cartridge People are still using EVRi next time I need to order I shall go elsewhere.”

“One of the cartriges was leaking. Contacted customer service, who, despite it being a long time since my order, Si sent out a replacement cartirtrige straight away. Very impressed with the customer service.”

“I cannot fault Cartridge People on their customer service. There was an issue with Evri's delivery service but Marianne was fantastic and organised prompt re-delivery to cater for the least amount of disruption. She was friendly, understanding and efficient. I would also commend her colleague Wiktoria. Then upon delivery I had a query about cartridge installation and again, Aden was most knowledgable and helpful. Issue resolved. Rachel also proved a friendly and efficient member of the customer services team. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you CP for great customer service and products - I have always ordered from you and will continue to do so. Usually order Brother products but now ordering your own brand and the cartridges do not disappoint. Thank you so much! Emma”

“I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and have come to expect the enthusiastic and polite acceptance of my order on this occasion by Lucy. Only once have I received a duff cartridge which, although annoying and inconvenient, was quickly replaced with another cartridge at, of course, no cost. Well done Lucy, and well done The Cartridge People.”
