“Why have you stopped placing a return bag for the old cartridges in with the new cartridges, when we are all Eco frendly?”

“Normally get good service and product but the last delivery the product does not work properly. The cartridge is saying it has ran out of ink after only printing 6 pages!! Not vey happy about this at akk”

“My order from the 4th April hadn’t arrived by the 14th I phones and Sam your customer representative was very helpful and found out the original order was damaged and arranged a duplicate order to be sent out very helpful”

“Exemplary Service! I have used Cartridge People for some years without problem. I had a problem with compatibility with my latest order - not, I must point out, any fault of Cartridge People's product, rather with a third party. Although it was not a problem of their making, Melanie took ownership of my problem and resolved it in a friendly, efficient manner to our mutual satisfaction. I cannot thank her enough for bringing the whole matter a trouble-free conclusion.”
