“Been using Cartridge People for a while now as very competitive pricing on original toner and ink generally arrives quickly. I eventually gave in and changed to their compatible Brother cartridges. Yesterday I had my first ever issue with a cartridge which was promptly responded to by Lucy who gave me a range of options. I chose to have a replacement sent out as I've been very happy with the quality up till now. Thanks Lucy!”

“Originally ordered Epsom Cartridges and received a phone call asking to try theirs instead of Epsom, I gave it a go and I instantly regretted it. It’s ended up costing my business as the ink quality decided to change mid print. I’ve printed 50 invites and the last 13 have terrible quality and discoloured. Epsom have never given me this issue. Annoyingly I got upsold to this. Nevertheless delivery was great quicker than expected.”

“I have used Cartridge People for several years and their service has consistently been first class. Their products are excellent quality, prices are very competitive, and delivery is always remarkably quick. I recently had to make a telephone enquiry and was extremely impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of Marianne from customer services. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and resolved everything efficiently. I would also like to mention Melanie, who has also provided outstanding help and advice in the past. It is increasingly rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with great value and reliable delivery, but Cartridge People continue to do exactly that. “Hu Guys and a special mention for Chris who kindly sorted us out with a replacement cartridge...we have been let down by the EVRI courier and still no sign of the cartridge but Chris sorted this out for us with a next day delivery and now were back in business ...........much appreciated to the Cartridge people thank you”

“Just taken delivery of two HP compatible cartridges. Unfortunately had a small problem with the seal on the Magenta, which was speedily resolved by Caroline. Printer up and running again within minutes of a very prompt Delivery. Happy Days.”

“I unwittingly ordered own brand ink cartridges. When fitted the printer lights were orange. I spoke to Sam who patiently confirmed that I had signed up to HP+ and therefore could only use HP original ink cartridges. He kindly agreed for me to return the cartridges for a full refund. Sam was so helpful and patient and a credit to Cartridge People.”
