“Useful to be able to order printer cartridges online, which are delivered quickly. It would be equally useful to be able to recycle the empty ones, as it's difficult to find somewhere locally to do this.”

“I have been in business now for thirty five years and because of my location eventually had to resort to online shopping for ink cartridges and other stationery. My go to company was Viking Direct for delivery and value for money. However after being taken over they became so expensive and their delivery and personal service badly deteriorated.. Around six years ago I stumbled across CP and have used them ever since. Their own brand cartridges are far bigger in capacity than HP for less money. Best of all is the personal service which VD and other firms sadly lack. I am full of praise for the contact staff typified by Vicky who helped me just the other day. In the past I have had long telephone calls with other of her colleagues and it's just so nice to be able to have friendly human contact in this increasingly tech driven world. The only problem which I have been unable to reflect in the answers below is that even though my delivery was made the next day, it was delivered to the wrong address (and not for the first time I may add), so I didn't get my order for over a week. I acknowledge this isn't CP's fault and when alerted their follow up action was second to none. However maybe they need to look at this and ideally go back to using Royal Mail who provided a top class service.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service as well as significantly over-priced goods. I ordered a caetridge and paper from them to discover that what I had bought was actually only 1/4 of a ream (but for the price of a ream). When I complained about the cartridgr order they couldnt locate it on my surname or address. A seriously amateur operation. Do yourself a favour and shop with one of the many cheaper competitors”
