“I have been ordering for years. Always receive my cartridge a few days later. One time I didnt, made a call and it arrived on my doorstep nect day. Highly recommended.”

“I have used Cartridge People for ink for the 3 printers I have using Epson inks for one and compatible inks for the other two for a number of years. The ink has always been of a great standard...but I had a wee glitch with the last order...it was sorted out quickly by a member of staff Aden. I would recommend Cartridge People for ink as it is the price is always competitive and the customer service always good. Thanks Aden for sorting out the little problem I had with postage etc.”

“The delivery was prompt but unfortunately Evri delivered to the wrong address. Evri were not interested when I contacted them but Phil at The Cartridge People responded immediately and told me that the parcel had been delivered in the next village a mile away. I went off to find it and eventually did manage it. I expect The Cartridge People will give me a discount on my next order!”

“Great service and reliable but it's frustrating to keep receiving emails promising a special deal or discount only to discover that it only applies to Cartidge People Compatible Own Brand. I think my HP printer would be out of warranty if I used anything other than HP cartridges. Maybe Cartridge People could explain the benefits/risks of using their cartridges.”

“I had a delay with my order so I cannot give 5 stars, but it was the fault of the courier , not the company.A very helpful person called Phil sorted it all out very quickly politely and efficiently.It's good to deal with real people rather than Tech.Will support companies who have real customer services! “Unfortunately, one of my inks was not printing properly. I spoke to Sam in customer services who was most apologetic. His first step was to guide me through the procedure to check my ink / fix the problem. When this didn't work, he immediately suggested a replacement cartridge. The other 3 colours have been working fine so this was a perfect solution. He actioned this immediately. He could not have been more helpful. Thank you Sam”

“My printer stopped working. Messages came up indicating a fault with one or more of the ink cartridges. I reported this to Caroline at Cartridge people who supplied the cartridges. She immediately identified with the problem and also my sense of urgency as I needed the printer to work for an important meeting in a few day's time. Caroline suggested ways of resolving the problem and when this did not work she agreed to despatch new cartridges by express post free of charge. They arrived next day and solved the problem. I can't thank Caroline and Gemma enough for their exemplary, professional approach which bailed me out of a very difficult situation.”

“I recently had an issue with an Epson printer which developed a fault only a few weeks after purchase. Although there was some initial disagreement over how the matter should be handled, once Lindsay and Hannah became involved the situation was dealt with professionally and courteously. They arranged collection of the printer, kept me informed, and following its return the matter was resolved with a full refund. Problems can occur with any product, and for me the real measure of a company is how it responds when something goes wrong. I particularly appreciated the assistance provided by Lindsay and Hannah in bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you both for your help.”
