“My order was dealt with speedily and efficiently as always. My cartridges arrived within 2 days of ordering. My only criticism is that I find the website confusing and time consuming when trying to identify my cartridges from the wide range available, but I always find them in the end, so it's a minor detail really.”

“Excellent service re a cartridge problem: speedy reply and advice. Speedy reply when advice did not help and immediate replacement of faulty cartridge at no cost. I have used CP for a few years now, after many years with Staples, and they are personable and efficient on the phone or on email. And their own brand cartridges are excellent value. I use them on my two portables and two desk printers.”

“It's the first time I've used Cartridge People and as a technophobe in my late seventies I was confounded when a new cartridge wouldn't work in my printer. However, I rang CP's support line, was answered fairly quickly and was talked through everything by a lovely man called Si Bennett. He gave me simple instructions and was very patient throughout the process. It turned out the cartridge was faulty, but he immediately said he'd post a replacement and the means to return the faulty one. I tried them for the first time because their prices are so good, but as someone who is always grateful for human help I shall definitely be using them again. I thoroughly recommend them.”
