“I had a cartridge from an order that was approx. 2 years ago, and the cartridge was not recognised by the printer at all. I filled in the request form, and was helped by Rachel, who asked a couple of questions, which I answered, and she was kind enough to send out a replacement cartridge the next day, and to simply recycle the old one. It was a super easy and fast experience. I was fearing I would have had to send the cartridge back, provide detailed evidence of it not working etc. or the request simply being denied due to the age of the order, but it my surprise it wasn't! Thanks again!”

Their emails, and other communications, are always informative, helpful and up to date. “I was greeted in a friendly manner and I thanked Lucy for the prompt delivery of my last order before telling her why I was phoning. She asked several meaningful questions before suggesting to replace the 2 colour cartridges I was having a problem with. Altogether a very pleasant conversation.”

“For the first time ever my delivery was slow and having sent me a note to give me a new date it did not come on the Friday mentioned. I contacted your help line and Mariane who was very efficient and helpful on the Monday morning.. the parcel was then at my door by lunchtime. I am sorry to have troubled anyone for this short delay, but having been in touch I have found you very efficient and courteous. Thank you.”

“I have used Cartridge People regularly now for many years and I cannot fault their reliability and customer service. Today I experienced first hand how efficient and customer focussed they are when, for the first time, my delivery when missing. Absolutely no fault whatsoever of Cartridge People but unfortunately a courier blip. Was it a problem to them? No, not at all! Andrew sorted out another delivery immediately and without question. “I'm afraid that Evri have lost my Cartridges at their depot. I contacted Cartridge People who their assistant, Chris, immediately responded and said he would send me a second parcel. In the past, I have never had a problem with Hermes/Evri and this is the first time they have lost my delivery. When I complained to Evri, I did get a very quick response and, after two days, they admitted they had lost the package. Thankfully, Cartridge People were able to check the delivery status on line and replied to me within a day.”
