Dear Steven, Thank you for your review, and I am sorry that you are having problems with our own branded cartridges, I can see that you have been in contact with us regarding this, Unfortunately we do have a procedure to follow when a customer contact us regarding a problem they have, the reason for this is that sometimes we have advice that we can give to get you up and running again quickly. The cartridges will not work in my Epso printerand (worse) they appear tp have corrupted the printer so that I have had to send it away for repair. My wife had a similar experience with her HP printer which appears not to recignise the cartridges.

I ordered a set of inks for my printer. I went oem as the quality of the ink is superior. When adding the ink to the online store basket it suggested using Cartridge people own brand. I ignored and continued. The next page obnoxiously suggested their own brand making it hard to see how to refuse and progress. I managed to find where to continue and proceed. Before finalising payment yet again was the persuasion to buy their own brand inks and again obstructing the method to continue with your selected ink. Next morning, I get a PHONE CALL, trying to pressure me to change to their ink. I'm not using you again.

Put new yellow cartridge in printer but it would not recognise cartridge.

I am very unhappy. I have npot received my last order for printer ink. I have taken this up with Evri the courier who have just informed me i need to take it up with you. In the meantime I am short of a repacement printer ink. Please can you help me find the missing shipment or senf me another replacement.

I have an Epson WF 2510 printer and I buy from you Epson Multipack 18 refills.A lady telephoned about a month ago and persuaded to buy your own label refills. She promised me they would fit my machine. They do not . My machine keeps telling me check ink cartridge refills. They have been a complete waste of money. I feel I have been duped into buying a product that clearly does not work.

Labels arrived ok, but the company was unable to give a VAT invoice because I used my personal Paypall account to pay for the company order

The cartridges supplied were rejected by the HP printer. HP are manipulating the market, only allowing HP cartridges which, of course, are double the price of equivalents. 1) Don’t by HP printers and, 2) even though cartridges say they are accepted by HP, they were not accepted in my case.

Toner Cartridges not delivered despite being in when delivery company allegedly tried to deliver and then leaving instructions that they could be left with a neighbour or in a designated space. Cartridges then returned to Cartridge People by delivery company without being given instruction to do so. Can't really write a review re the cartridges as haven't received them!

The shop does not accept returns if the customer is unsatisfied with the product due to the product has been opened. How the customer will know the product quality without open and test it.

They phone you after placing an order to try and upsell. To make matters worse, they pause your order until you accept the call and don't respond to emails regarding the matter.

My advice to Cartridge People is to get rid of Evri as your courier, they are absolutely useless. I have now been waiting for 14 days for delivery of my order, my first order had not been received, so Cartridge People reordered which was fine but I still haven’t received the order. My contact with customer service was first class and she sorted the replacement, but the useless courier is letting your good name down. Please use another courier for your business sake.

I searched for my printer on the website and chose a cartridge from the options presented. I was then offered a switch to an own brand cartridge. The cartridge didn't fit my machine but I couldn't return it because I'd opened it. I would advise checking and double checking before ordering.

Didn't despatch on time [promised nextbusiness day] - instead sent me an email asking me to contact them "because we have a special offer". I don't want to be upsold and I don't want to be 'nagged' for a review - I just want what I've ordered on time. Get your business model sorted Cartridge People - your priorities are in the wrong place.

I ordered 2 cartidges HP304 on 21st April and now on the 14th May both are finished.The second one is totally useles upon first use . What is going on I want an explanation as I only use the printer once a day !!!!
