Reordered my old printer’s cartridges by error. Realised once I’d taken them out of the box and sleeve. Phoned to return them and told I couldn’t. The girl on the phone was really lovely and very sorry, but that doesn’t get my money back. Really disappointed as both the black & white and the colour cartridges had not been used at all; still have the sticky tape in tact! Have used Cartridge People for years, but have now changed to go through canon directly and won’t use Cartridge People again unfortunately.

As explained to a customer service person I followed links through google and purchased a set of cartridges that to the best of my knowledge (as they were links provided by you) were for my printer. Upon recieving said cartridges I opened one of them attempted to put it in and it didn't fit. I didn't try more than once, I simply compared the current cartridge to the new one and noticed a difference. So I put the blue sticker back on, the plastic clip back o and back into the package. The extremely unhelpful individual has merely indicated that it's my problem and that's that. I now have an unopened cartridge and anotehr cartridge that simply needs a new package as it's not damaged nor used at all sitting here doing nothing. Furthermore, I'm just out of pocket. Just great.

Sadly if an item has been opened we are no longer able to accept this back as we cannot resell it and we don't send cartridges out on a trial basis. The new Catridges I bought did not run well on my Cannon 3500 series Printer and as a consequece my Canon 3500 series printer refused to work. It left me with no choice but to buy a new 3600 series printer and run it using another set of new cartridges from Argos. I complained vigorously about this to the customer Services lady called Siobhon but she knew nothing but to put me into vicious circle asking me to do one thing or the other endlessly and finally demanding a video( for which I had no facility) of what I had done as if I had nothing else to do on that day. She did waste quite a few hours of mine without any success. Certainly, it was the newly supplied Canon brand Cartridges which spoiled my printer considering that my old 3500 series printer was working perfectly with the old canon brand cartridges which were now running out of ink. As a consequence of all this, I was left with no choice but to buy a brand new 3600 series Canon Printer with the new Ink Cartridges supplied along with the printer. Under the circumstance,the minimum the Cartridge people could have done was to apologize and refund me £46.50 for the two useless cartridges which Cartridge people had supplied to me and which did not work.

Paid for next day delivery and the item couldn’t be delivered by DPD. I was in the unfortunate position of requiring ink to print off Order of Service booklets for my Mothers funeral. Upon contacting the company I requested a further batch of ink be sent with guaranteed delivery before 12. The company wouldn’t guarantee this and I pressed and asked for a full refund as I was forced to purchase ink elsewhere. During this process I was informed someone would call me with updates on the missing DPD delivery, the failed to do this, neither did they reply to my email. It was only my own chasing during a stressful period that I was given a refund and was forced to pay more for the ink elsewhere due to this companies failure. I cannot recommend this company, look elsewhere for your ink, as despite paying for next day delivery, there are no guarantees it will arrive next day.

Very unhappy. I originally ordered genuine HP ink cartridges because I had previously had problems with non-HP replacements. I got several phone calls from the sales team trying to convince me their non-HP replacements would work perfectly. I was very disappointed that they did not work. When I called to complain, the customer service person was very unsympathetic, so I will never buy from them again.

The cartridges that l ordered from you are no good in my printer ordered for H P 305 for my hp printer l didn’t realise that they weren’t the proper HP ones but substitute‘s. Surely they should have worked but my printer keeps saying they are empty. So had to buy genuine ones locally lm very very disappointed and would like to be refunded. Thankyou.

was phoned after placing order and was recommended a non HP cartridge. I raised my concerns that it wouldn't work but the salesman assured me it would. The cartridge is not recognised by the printer

I have not used the cartridges yet so I cannot review them. I must say that I was fooled by your 'offer' which I responded to. I had not realised that the inks that I have bought were NOT Epson originals but your own brand. I really want only Epson brand inks. That will teach me to read your 'offers' more carefully in future.

Ordered 2 HP ink cartridges - they were substituted and did not fit the printer. Sent it back by same courier but no refund .Have had to go back to paypal and try to get refund. I would not use them again as the process to get arefund is time consuming and unnecessary.

I asked if I could return an ink cartridge as my printer broke and had to be replaced and my new printer used a different cartridge. I didn't want a refund, just a credit to use against the new purchase, and although I have been a loyal customer for a few years, they didn't want to know as it was over their 30 day policy. Loyalty obviously doesn't stand for much !! On a happier note, I managed to buy the correct cartridge from another seller for only 70 pence more with next day delivery too. Sorry Cartridge People, you've lost a customer (not that you care !!)
