Ordered 2 HP ink cartridges - they were substituted and did not fit the printer. Sent it back by same courier but no refund .Have had to go back to paypal and try to get refund. I would not use them again as the process to get arefund is time consuming and unnecessary.

I asked if I could return an ink cartridge as my printer broke and had to be replaced and my new printer used a different cartridge. I didn't want a refund, just a credit to use against the new purchase, and although I have been a loyal customer for a few years, they didn't want to know as it was over their 30 day policy. Loyalty obviously doesn't stand for much !! On a happier note, I managed to buy the correct cartridge from another seller for only 70 pence more with next day delivery too. Sorry Cartridge People, you've lost a customer (not that you care !!)

A fast efficient service and cartridge supplied at a good price. However I will not be using them again and do not recommend them. The problem is that along with the cartridge comes a mass of online adverts. When you block them more arrive and we are not talking one or two we are talking five or six a day ad infinitum. It is nothing short of online harassment!!

VERY disappointed with EVRI. Cartridges took SIX days to arrive. If I'd known EVRI was the courier I would not have ordered. They have a terrible reputation.

We do advise on our website that delivery can take 2-5 working days to arrive with you, I have checked and your order was delivered in 4 working days, although longer than you expected this is within our delivery timescale. Personally I think the cartridges are Chinese fakes. Poor packaging not canons standard.

They dont fit! I was persuaded to order their own brand cartridges in favour of Canon, they guaranteed they would be every bit as good. Sadly the cartridges do not even fit!! So now I have useless cartridges and will have to try and get a refund and I am now out of ink and will have to get some Canon ones. Angry or what!!

The cartridge is great value but the delivery was terrible....Evri tried to deliver the parcel 3 times out of offcie hours and then just left it outside our unit gate over-night without anyone signing for it! The item was high-value and anyone could have just walked passed and picked it up. Luckily someone noticed the parcel and passed it on to us. I have complained to Evri not that it make any diference it happens all the time maybe you should reconsider your delivery methods!

I recently ordered 2 HP Original Cartdidges for my printer and I received a telephone call from one of the sales team who talked me into buying compatible cartidges as they were cheaper and he offered me a good deal. However when I tried out the cartidges a message came up on my printer stating "The indicated cartidges have been intentified as altered or cloned, HP+ printers require original HP cartidges". I phoned the sales team explaining all this and they apologised and confirmed the cartidges I received was NOT compatible with my printer. I have since received a refund, however service was not good.

Paid for cartrdiges, £70.00, items lost in transit, submitted concerns to both delivery firm EVRI and Cart Cart people. Delivery supposted to be 5th Jun now 16th June!

The ink cartridges supplied were not accepted by the printer [Cannon 2550s, bought from you ] you sent as replacement two standard cartridges [ie smaller than my order] only the black one is accepted by the machine so I have lost out on that one, bear in mind I have gone through the procedures supposed to cure this problem but without success. I also notice the cartrides are labeled "made in china" I thought they were your own work. It is quite clear that it will be far better for me the next time the ink needs replacing to buy a new printer with the ink already in it, I'm using ARGOS as a price guide.I look forward to seeing this printed as a review.

Pushy sales tactics. I wanted proper manufacturer's ink as for photographs which you wish to display, they are superior in every and most important won't fade after a few years. Every step of the purchase an obtrusive box would appear suggestion to use their own brand of ink. This box is also obstructive as it tires its best to make it difficult to ignore and carry on with my selected inks. Adding item to basket the box pops up. Going to checkout the box pops up, confirming order the box pops up. But this box constantly getting in way on the site is not intrusive enough. The morning after I manage to ordered, Cartridge People phoned me trying to persuade to change my order.

The cartridges that yoiu sent me for my Pixma MP 230 printer don't work! Instead, I get a message on my computer screen, telling me that if they don't work, I should contact the manufacturer. But my contract is with YOU, not with the manufacturer. What are you going to do about this? I am unable to print out any documents.

I have bought carts from Cartridge People for a number of years, always finding good prices & excellent service. I have always bought branded makes so I was a little annoyed when I was first emailed (which I ignored) & then telephoned with "a special offer". This was to suggest I change my order to your own make & save "£100s per year". I politely declined & was then very annoyed when your agent persisted. I am perfectly capable of looking at the comparative prices on your website & as your own brand always pops up first I have to navigate to my chosen brand. The only way I could save £100s would be if you gave me carts for free as I spent around £150 in the previous 20 months. If you do this again I will take my business elsewhere even if the carts are more expensive. This time you get one star for being irritating.
