“My three‑year‑old Epson printer, purchased from Cartridge People, suddenly stopped printing. After trying everything I could to fix it, I called their customer service team. Phil took my call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and arranged for a cleaning cartridge to be sent out free of charge with next‑day delivery. Exceptional service and support — truly appreciated.”

“I cannot write a review for products as I have not recieved the goods. Products were sent to EVRI for delivery over two weeks ago. EVRI are awful for deliveries in my experience. They must only be used by companys because they are cheap. You pay for what you get and I 'got' nothing. As an example of how poor the service is. I was sent a free item from the USA. Dispatched two days after my order from the cartridge people. Received four days later, go UPS!!”

“I received a faulty colour ink cartridge for my printer. I contacted customer service with my concern and was dealt with by a lovely lady called Lucy. She listened and provided amazing customer service and I was eventually sent a replacement ink cartridge which resolved the matter. Happy with the service. Thank you Lucy. X”

“I had a problem when part of an order didn't arrive but Phil got it sorted out in no time. I don't know if the problem was down to Evri but if so this is not the first time I've had trouble with parcels they were to deliver to me.”

“It was easy to order the one thing I wanted and the delivery charge was reasonable. I chose the cheapest delivery option, and though it was probably just chance, it arrived the next day. I ordered their own brand inks and am satisfied with them as they dry quickly so no smudges on the printer and the colours are good. Are the own brand inks as good as the branded items? No not quite, but they are half the price and prefectly adequate for the text pages I am printing. I have used them for wo or three years now.”

“I placed an order which was passed to Evri for delivery. I waited in for the allotted 2 hours but the delivery did not arrive. After two online conversations with Cartridge People over a period of 3 days approximately 10 days after placing the order I received a full refund. Obviously, I am unable to comment on the quality or suitability of the product as I never received it.”
