“Ordered print cartridges, provided them with my address and Cartridge People delivered to another address without checking with me and / or notifying me that they would be doing so. I've paid, but no cartridge. They're not interested. Take Care in your business with them.”

“I had purchased a cartridge early this year as it was on special offer and only opened up the packet a few days ago to place it in our printer only to find the toner had leaked inside the packaging. Obviously unusable. I sent a text over the weekend to inform Cartridge People of the problem and they texted back to say they would replace it immediately, which they did and it has just arrived. Very impressed with the service. Thankyou.”

“Evri were unable to find our home address to make the delivery, but Phil (Cartridge customer service advisor) intervened and redirected to another family member’s home address - and they were finally delivered . Excellent service from Phil.”
