“Had a couple of missing invoices, Gemma at Cartridge responded with copies very quickly. Had an issue that the invoices issued on the wrong company correct address - no problem, she corrected that, all within about an hour. Well done good service. Thanks”

“Although the non genuine cartridge didn’t work I was offered other cartridges and also got a refund. Very good company to deal with. I will buy future ink from them”

“The package in which the cartridge was received was damaged and although the cartridge itself appears unaffected it did not work in my printer. Contact with the company has been most helpful and I should like to thank Si for his consideration and prompt attention to the matter. The website was easy to use for ordering, this was the first time I had placed an order with Cartridge People, and the delivery service was excellent.”

“Good value ink. The first package sent did not contain any ink. Phoned them and thankfully they believed me. It was resent and got the next day.”

“They say a company can be judged when things go wrong. The Catridge People can’t be faulted. The courier did not deliver to the Parcelshop although the app said that they had. Phoned customer service and explained problem. Alison and Caroline where stars, arranged refund to be made and this was done same day. I would highly recommend this company, and I will be ordering from them again in the future. Many thanks to all .”

“I have had 2 issues lately. One return, one delivery. The delivery has been troublesome for a week now, all to do with Evri. Yout staff (Liam, Rachel at first were both prompt and helpful. Today, Chris has shone! He spent some time helping me and explained everything. Hopefully the printer will arrive tomorrow. He has since updated me by email. He was polite, thoughtful, meticulous, reassuring. The return he has already activated.”
