“I ordered a set of Canon Cartridges for my Canon 3650S printer. Instead of processing my order immediately Cartridge People delayed despatch, telephoning me several times trying to pursuade me to change my order to use their own brand of cartridges. I had tried their own brand cartridges previously and found them most unsatisfactory. I will not be using this company again.”

“Very efficient service from Simon but not happy with your ordering procedure as it was not made clear that the printer would be a separate delivery. I mean why on earth would I want cartridges delivered before I had the printer to use them on!”

“Excellent customer service,I was having a problem with a delivery so I phoned and was put through to sam who check where the delivery was he said if wasn't delivered that day he would resend the items the following day which arrived promptly.Thanks sam.”
