“Small problem with faulty cartridge was resolved almost immediately with a replacement by Liam who dealt with the issue in a very caring and professional fashion. Hats off to you! I will be purchasing your brand in future, saving quite a substantial amount of money.”

“Unfortunately my cartridge did not arrive, only a return bag for used cartridges. I contacted customer service & overnight I had an reply & apology, my cartridge has been sent asap, Alison contacted me & ensured all would be sorted. Looking forward to my Canon cartridge arriving soon. Would like to thank Alison at customer services for her super efficiency in sorting out my query. Will definitely use this company again, super impressed, thank you.”

“Do not buy there own brand ink unless you want to ruin your printer. I always buy HP ink, but the company phoned me after my order and convinced me to switch to their own brand ink and that the cartridges were exactly the same. Unfortunately the cartridges did not work, and after spending time trying to sort it with the help desk, I gave up and ordered the HP genuine original ones. Unfortunately the cartridge People version had leaked so much, that it ruined the printer head and has left me with a huge bill to replace it. So instead of saving money, its cost me a fortune. Just buy genuine HP ink, it will save you money in the long run”

“Had a problem with my printer suddenly not recognising the ink cartridges and ink levels (although they were already installed and had been use by the printer). Tried some basic checks myself but got nowhere so contacted CartridgePeople about it - George got back to me within 12 hours with a step by step solution via email. Followed it and this cures the problem. Well done George! many thanks.”

“After years of using manufacture inks, I changed to CP and have been extremely happy I did. Recently had to change cartridges twice because of failures and the printer still refused to function. Phoned Rachel and she patiently listened to me ramble about how many inks had failed and sent me two colour replacements inks to try. Success. I phoned to tell her and spoke with Phil (something about black sheep!) and he is sending me the replacements to refill my stock. Thank you Rachel and Phil. I love Cartridge People inks and service. X”
