“I have used Cartridge People for a while, I had a problem with my cartridges, so I rang them it was put right straight away in a professional manner and I received a replacement within 24hrs, now working with HP cartridges,excellent service. Thankyou”

“We had an issue with one of the four (colour) cartridges we ordered. We contacted the company and Lindsay replied quickly and was polite and efficient. It turned out that the cartridge was faulty and she arranged for a new one to be despatched. Great customer service which, from our perspective, means we will return to Cartridge People again in the future.”

“Excellent, prompt service from Cartridge People. Despite great offers of 'own' products I've always stuck with the printer manufacturer products as wary of recourse if printer goes wrong. Will try the 'own' products one day - no reason why not!”

“Had a couple of missing invoices, Gemma at Cartridge responded with copies very quickly. Had an issue that the invoices issued on the wrong company correct address - no problem, she corrected that, all within about an hour. Well done good service. Thanks”
