“I was persuaded to use C P own brand cartridges & despite considerable sceptism was reassured by their overarching guarantee. My printer then went into 'meltdown' having fitted one and, even worse, wouldn't print with the replacement HP cartridge. Too much of a coincidence I thought and feared the worst! Throughout lengthy email correspondence and an eventual telephone conversation, Melanie worked wonders. She swiftly sent a refund, a replacement HP cartridge and was immensely polite, patient and helpful. She definitely has a 5* review from me. I have given an overall 4* rating because the original salesperson should have enquired at the start which printer model I owned as mine, apparently, cannot use CP cartridges!”

“I find that Cartridge People is competitive in both price and speedy delivery and have used it for many years . But today, Hannah a member of your Customer Service staff , who has dealt with my problem concerning the mal function of the Maintenance Box for my Epson Printer, has exceeded all my expectations as far as customer service is concerned. Her helpfulness and understanding of my problem and advice in helping me, via several easy to understand e-mails, makes her a valuable asset to your Cartridge Company . Long may she be at the end of the phone !”

“Very friendly and polite service, although, for technical reasons, I couldn't take advantage of their own branded ink cartridge which is a lot cheaper than an original HP cartridge, they were still cheaper than the same cartridges elsewhere.”

“I spoke to Chris who was very helpful regarding the failure by the delivery company to deliver my toner which the Cartridge People had dispatched in a timely manner. Chris sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently and arranged for my original order to be cancelled and a new the one to be raised. All in all, good service, rectifying a problem.”
