“Very helpful and got the problem sorted”

“My parcel seemed to have gone missing when it reached the delivery service, it had shown as 'out for delivery' for several days. I contacted customer services and spoke to Caroline, the problem was immediately sorted and the parcel delivered the same day. Well done Cartridge People.”

“I ordered cartridges from this company . The process was excellent and the cartridges arrived very quickly . I had a supply problem when I loaded one of the cartridges. I spoke to Aden in customer support who resolved my issue with great patience. I would recommend this company , excellent customer service !”

“Evri delivered my cartridges to the wrong address 🙄 and they couldn't be found. Chris came to my rescue and after some checking arranged replacements with a different courier plus a small credit to my account for the inconvenience. Superb customer service which stands out these days and, compared to the total lack of it from Evri, is really appreciated 🙏 Excellent company to deal with.”

“I SPOKE WITH A LADY CALLED MARIANNE WHO AFTER A BLIP IN AN EARLIER ORDER RESTORED MY FAITH IN THE ABILITY OF SOMEONE TO KNOW HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE BASE WITHOUT SCRIPT. NOT ONLY DID SHE PASS ON KNOWLEDGE. SHE REMEDIED THE ORDER WITH HASTE AND I APPLAUD HER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM”

“I was having difficulty printing out using colours, which suggested a faulty cartridge. I couldn’t prove this, but when I contacted the Company I tried using their suggested route but failed to improve the colour output. Aden was swift in replying, with promise to send replacements. Cartridge People are swift in dealing with customers’ problems and I await the arrival of the replacement.”
