“I can't give any stars for my first order on 5th may because I still haven't received it from Evri still delayed they say ,your resend came as next day delivery that was fine,but this is not the first time we have been let down from Evri won't be the last ,try DPD.It won't send without me giving you a star so I will give it one nothing wrong with your firm.”

“I reluctantly phoned Cartridge World today as I had not yet received an order for some ink cartridges which had been placed on the 8th May 2026. I spoke to Wiki who was most understanding and quickly arranged for a replacement order to be despatched. This is the first time over many years that I have had a problem. Evri who should have made the delivery are not renowned for a good service in my area. I am most grateful for Wiki's prompt attention.”

“After many years using Cartridge People's own brand Toner and Ink Cartridges in a wide range of printers and copiers both personal and for our office we at last hit a problem with a non-functioning toner cartridge for our high volume office Xerox b&w printer. On notification CP advised possible corrective action and when that failed immediately offered a replacement or refund. Replacement gratefully accepted with thanks. Great friendly and helpful service.”

“I took a chance on buying ‘own brand’ ink cartridges after reading other buyers reviews advising they were excellent and have to say, I agree, absolutely no issues experienced. Our printer is working fine and good colour quality and 3 times the amount of ink in comparison to the LP cartridge and a fraction of the price. Oh and an envelope to return the old used cartridges- win win.”

“Given up shopping round. Cartridge People are my go-to now. Don't do a lot of printing, and I seem to run out of ink when I need it most. CP deliver good value original HP cartridges quickly and without fuss.”
