“As an ongoing happy customer I had my first delivery issue which was positively dealt with. Gemma was my customer service point of contact who quickly dealt with it. I was very impressed in how she handled it and timely and professional communication with me. She owned it until it was fully resolved. Thank you.”

“I have Cartridge People for many years now and bar a single recent delivery (hadn't arrived) issue have been very happy. I find them easy to deal with, well priced and prompt. Understanding that delivery issues happen in life, I raised my concern and the matter was quickly picked up and resolved. I felt my query was hand held until the goods were in my possession, keeping me informed at each step of the way. I couldn't have been more impressed.”

“Great help from Aden in resolving my mistake. After being "upsold" to their own brand of cartridges, I was on the defensive when I got an error after installing them. Aiden was very gracious in replying to my slightly grumpy opening message and it turned out I had ordered the wrong ones! Luckily, I got the error on the single black and the colour pack was unopened. The refund and reorder process was very easy.”

“Cartridge People are a decent company. They work hard and honour their commitments. Liam and Lindsey have been particularly helpful to me when I couldn’t get a cartridge to work. I was g in Ven instructions on how to clean the heads and when that didn’t work a replacement cartridge was sent by return. Eventually our computer man came and sorted it all out. He also uses the Cartridge People and he certainly knows what’s what. Excellent customer support and service.”

“My three‑year‑old Epson printer, purchased from Cartridge People, suddenly stopped printing. After trying everything I could to fix it, I called their customer service team. Phil took my call, quickly diagnosed the issue, and arranged for a cleaning cartridge to be sent out free of charge with next‑day delivery. Exceptional service and support — truly appreciated.”

“I cannot write a review for products as I have not recieved the goods. Products were sent to EVRI for delivery over two weeks ago. EVRI are awful for deliveries in my experience. They must only be used by companys because they are cheap. You pay for what you get and I 'got' nothing. As an example of how poor the service is. I was sent a free item from the USA. Dispatched two days after my order from the cartridge people. Received four days later, go UPS!!”

“I received a faulty colour ink cartridge for my printer. I contacted customer service with my concern and was dealt with by a lovely lady called Lucy. She listened and provided amazing customer service and I was eventually sent a replacement ink cartridge which resolved the matter. Happy with the service. Thank you Lucy. X”

“I had a problem when part of an order didn't arrive but Phil got it sorted out in no time. I don't know if the problem was down to Evri but if so this is not the first time I've had trouble with parcels they were to deliver to me.”
