“HP prevent HP plus warranty holders from using third party cartridges... I was unaware of this but CP refunded me the purchase costs anyway.... well done CP! Very poor show by HP, will not buy an HP printer again.”

“Caroline was very helpful today when I discovered that 'compatible' cartridges would not work in my HP printer. She refunded my original order very efficiently and put a new order through on the phone for the correct cartridges which hopefully will arrive tomorrow. Lesson learnt - don't buy cheap its not worth it!!”

“This is my first purchase from Cartridge People. I had a problem with the cartridge and emailed to check if there was anything that they could suggest to help. I received an email for Wictoria which gave me something else to try. Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue and a replacement was offered and dispatched swiftly. This time, the cartridge worked perfectly and it arrived with a nice apology. It was great to have the same person dealing with your issue and no quibbling about sending a replacement. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them to others. Great customer service. 👏🏻”

“I ordered two HP 302XL High Capacity cartridges which were delivered next day - excellent service. I fitted both to my Printer but they were declined as not being compatible. I rang Cartridge People and spoke with Marianne, an extremely efficient customer service agent who advised that she would ship out replacement cartridges together with all the information I needed to return the faulty items. The cartridges were delivered next day and were the correct ones. This was again first class service and I commend Marianne who without doubt is a credit to the Company.”

“Placed an order, got a sales call to try to get me to buy another product. I wish I had not bothered. I do not want what you want to sell me, I want what I want to buy! Why would I have opted for a product of I wanted an inferior one? I really wish there was a delete account button! Emails started already buy this use that! NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
