Purchased black ink cartridges as usual from Cartridge People. After a few weeks the print became unreadable. Tried cleaning but no joy. Replaced cartridge and all good. Gemma at Cartridge People was very helpful and will use them as usual and recommend the good customer service.

I phoned Cartridge People and gave my order for toner . The person to whom I spoke was courteous and efficient . The toner arrived as promised and I have already used a 3rd of it . I shall soon be back for more . Thank you very much .

Cartridge People have always given me fantastic service, for years. They always follow up with a phone call if they think they can offer me a better deal. I also didn’t realise there is a 12 month warranty on cartridges if there is a problem. Really great service all round.

My printer suddenly refused to recognise my Cartridge People Own Brand toner cartridge Liam sent straight forward instructions by email and the problem is now solved

MARIANNE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL - I APPEARED TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PRINTER, WHICH WAS NOT JUST LOW INK, SHE HELPED ME TO RESOLVE THAT PROBLEM AND I THEN ORDERED SOME MORE INK TO HAVE IN STOCK, AND IT ARRIVED THE VERY NEXT DAY.

I hadn't taken the green tab off the cartridge so the ink wasn't flowing. A quick chat with Liam and the problem was sorted. My printer has no more issues. Thank you.

I recently had a problem with a print cartridge but the issue was resolved quickly & efficiently by Andrew & subsequently Hannah arranged for a refund to my account with the same level of speed & efficiency. I have used Cartridge People's services for many years not just because their prices are good but because the service exemplified by both Hannah & Andrew is of the highest level.

Excellent service from Cartridfe people. DPD did not delivery to our unit so our printers cartridges ended up handed off elsewhere. A quick email to CP to explain the problem and they offered to resend the missing items immediately and open an investigation to resolve the loss. A+ service for us!

There was a delay and possible non delivery by your currier Evri. Following my email to your offices, Sam in your office took on the responsibility for sorting out the issue which involved two phone calls and emails from Sam. Sam put a plan B in place which in the end was not required. The delivery was made so all is well. Thank you Sam

Placed an order and received the cartridges the next day. Turns out I ordered the wrong ones, but Lucy was very helpful and replied quickly and help sort out returning them for a refund.

Cartridges People are always the best price for my Canon Pixma. I have just had my first problem with a faulty colour cartridge after several orders. On checking, I was surprised that my last order was 14 months ago. Amazingly after following their fault clearing guidance and no luck resolving the issue they have sent me a replacement cartridge free of change. Excellent service, thanks to Phil for his help in resolving this quickly and painlessly!

Phil from Customer Services went above and beyond to sort out why my ink replacement wasn't working. Gave me lots of tips and sent a replacement cartridge. I have always found their delivery and price spot on and the customer service I just received was exceptional. (Only not giving 5 stars because of the problems with the cartridge)

Excellent service from Gemma at Cartridge People today. I realised after ordering I had the wrong address for the delivery. Gemma was able to update the order with my address & advised there will be a slight delay, but that’s not an issue. Larger companies , should note the excellent service provided as they are generally not interested.
