“I ordered some compatible printer cartridges which unfortunately didn't work in my printer. Melanie from customer services was very helpful in responding to my query - she gave ways in which to fix it and refunded me when it didn't work. I'm ordering the proper cartridges instead. Delivery was quick and I was very impressed with the level of customer service and help offered.”

“Many thanks Hanna for your help and assistance with my Cannon printer which was purchased March 2025. I found even after this length of time trying to sort out a problem was not an issue. Attempting several ways to help nothing could be resolved so without any prompting from me Hanna arranged for a new printer to be sent as a replacement at no extra charge. Great company to do business with. Thank you again Hanna”

“I placed an order and subsequently received communication from Evri for delivery. The delivery was not made during the time slot and I received no further communication from them. I contacted customer services via the chat and communicated with Lucy. She apologised and I ultimately elected to receive a refund, which I am now waiting for. I appreciate that the non delivery was not directly caused by Cartridge People.”

“I am an "old" small value purchaser. I tried the REDEEM12 offer but got into trouble finding my way. I also had to update my payment card - time flies. I called your Help line and was "bailed out" by Louise. She was fantastic and she persuaded me not to panic and she took me through the system. She was excellent both in manner and patience. A great advert for your company.”

“Great customer service from representative Gemma. Our order arrived and we had 1 item missing. Would appear that in transit, the package may have opened and was resealed. Gemma was fast to respond to us and quickly had our missing item resent, which we received less than 24hrsa later!! Included was a cute gesture of teabags for the inconvenience.”
