“Talk prompt service, ordered Friday wasn’t in a rush for re supply expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday with standard delivery. No arrived Saturday! Sadly request to dpd for delivery options failed and outer packaging damaged, although contents secure.”

“Good customer service matters to me, so when I receive it, I like to take a moment to recognise it on platforms like this. I contacted Cartridge People because an invoice was missing from online. The toner arrived the next day as requested, but there was no invoice available to download. My call was answered quickly by Caroline, who immediately offered a solution. During the call, I received the invoice by email, and she explained why she believed it wasn’t available online, but would follow up. Although the call was brief, Caroline handled it confidently and courteously, and I felt my issue was taken seriously and resolved promptly. She’s a real asset to Cartridge People.”

“We have had a problem with the cartridges ,two no, you have supplied for my Lexmark printer. As these are not a lexmark unit they do not fit. I discussed this with Phil this morning. He couldn`t have been more helpful and fully understood the problem. He immediately arranged a credit and took a new order for a genuine Lexmark unit. The time to sort this matter was less than ten minutes with no fuss. This saved me valuable time. You have an excellent ambassador working for you. Clive T Turrell”

“I had an unusual problem with one cartridge from an order of 2 and submitted a form explaining the problem. Within a few minutes Marianne responded by email to let me know a replacement was on its way. I have experienced excellent customer service on several occasions but this outdoes them all!”

“I tried to install a new cartridge after buying it about 2-3 months ago, but the printer wouldn't accept it so I called the office. After a quick problem-solving session, they have without question agreed to send a replacement ASAP. Their customer service is perfect and faultless. Also very friendly”

“Having ordered own brand inks from Cartridge people previously for an HP 8020, there was no question about sourcing replacements from them again. These inks work perfectly well and are comparable with proprietary inks but come at a considerable cost saving. Before installing the new cartridges I called for advice around an older cartridge I was having problems with. Sam not only resolved the problem but cleared up a few other unrelated issues that I had in a very clear and pleasant manner ,once again, proving what a professional outfit they are. With quality products, timely delivery and knowledgeable staff there's no need to look elsewhere.”
