“Delivery was prompt. The printer cartridge was exactly what I'd ordered; a genuine HP black ink cartridge. I haven't used it yet as I ordered it as a spare, but expect everything to be perfect with it.”

“Our cartridges arrived promptly (although as often Evri took them to the wrong house, and then left them near bins!) Cartridge People's cartridges compatible with the manufacturers' own are much cheaper and we have always found them to work satisfactorily.”

“Failed to get unbranded replacement toner for HP LaserJet Pro mfpm281fdw to work. Cartridge People say that the cartriges are based on the same skeleton as HP. Anyway I'll get a replacement when I return home.”

“I ordered the incorrect cartridge and was able to return the incorrect one and repurchase the correct one. Replacement cartridge was delivered next day (as was the original order). Marianne was very helpful on the phone.”

“Staff very cooperative and gave me a guarantee that I would not have a problem using their compatible cartridges so took their advice and ordered. However this is a spare set so not in use at the moment will update when in use.”
