“We ordered a set of replacement cartridges but our printer broke the day we received them. Sam sorted the refund promptly and easily and we'll be ordering from Cartridge People the different cartridges for our new printer as we need them. Great service”

“Sam, with whom I dealt, phoned me up, as requested. He listened to me very carefully as I explained my problem. The new cartridges appeared to have no ink in them and when I tried to photocopy my page, the paper came through blank. I am 85 years old and this is the first time this has happened. Sam was friendly, polite and professional and had the patience of Job. He refunded me. Thank you Sam.”

“Unfortunately, Evri failed to deliver my order, but after contacting Customer Services, Caroline took ownership of the problem and sorted out another delivery for me using a different courier. Cartridge People are a good, readable Company in my experience, over the years.”

“You always truly find out about how good a business is when something happens outside of their control. We never received the delivery due to several DPD delivery failures. I rang Cartridge People customer service after a few days and Sam sorted out a brand new delivery and we had the goods the next day. Just in time.”
