“I had a problem with a barely used cartridge suddenly not being recognised by my printer. Lucy was very helpful in providing troubleshooting instructions which I followed but which didn't work, she then offered to supply a replacement cartridge with no further hassle at all. Excellent customer service!”

“Was a bit surprised to receive a phone call when I had stated I just wanted to deal via email. However Liam was really friendly and helpful trying to save me money. Still ended up having to pay postage which these days I find strange.”

“After ordering branded ink on-line, Cartridge People promptly phoned to advise me I could make a more economical purchase by ordering the larger ink quantity cartridges. They explained the cartridges are the same size as those with less ink and will fit my printer. Impressed, I decided to give the Cartridge People brand a try and scored a substantial saving. Same good quality printing results as the branded ink.”

“Great value printer and cartridges. Ordered some batteries but there was an issue in transit with the packaging and they went missing. Great customer service from Gemma when this was highlighted, issue was resolved quickly and replacements sent out. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had an issue with some older catridges not being recognised. Marianne in customer service was super helpful, and had the catridges replaced for me which arrived the following day. The tea bags were a magnificent unexpected suprise. Thank you again.”

“I ordered a set of file dividers from Cartridge People and received a very prompt reply saying that my order had been dispatched. After a couple of weeks it had not arrived. I emailed Cartridge Review and immediately got a reply from Vicky saying she would would look into it. I was very pleased when she quickly returned to me saying it had been lost in transit and she would send me a replacement immediately. I was impressed by her close attention to a very small order. Although it was not the fault of Cartridge People Vicky apologised, was very helpful and polite and dealt with the issue. It was a pleasure to be dealt with by her.”
