“My order was delivered somewhere else and I did not received the item. Hence, I called the Cartridge People and spoke with Vicky who was very helpful. She organized a replacement and I received the replacement item on following date! Thank you!”

“Great service, bought genuine HP catridges, yes far too expensive but they work on my printer, the alternative ones do not.”

“Having taken delivery of an Epson XP-2200 printer, I could not get the black ink to print. After following the manual's instructions religiously, I eventually gave up and contacted the Cartridge People who had supplied the printer. Hannah was really helpful. Being an octogenarian (me, not Hannah) I particularly appreciated her prompt replies in which she included thorough, easy-to-follow instructions. She then sent me a new black ink cartridge, which seemed to solve the problem. As a long-time customer of the Cartridge People, whose deliveries are always fast and reliable, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised at the excellent service I received from Hannah.”

“I recently purchased an XL original cartridge but unfortunately the cartridge didn’t work. I spoke to Hannah at Cartridge People and she was very patient and understanding that I am a non-technical pensioner. She was professional but friendly and her customer service is second to none. In my opinion Hannah is a great asset to the Company.”
