“Having always used HP ink cartridges I was above anxious after I was persuaded to buy from Cartridge People even though I had the £17 difference in cost refunded into my bank account . It took me 3 days to pluck up courage to instal the cartridge and I failed to read the very clear instructions properly. After getting in a muddle I rang Cartridge People and spoke to Liam who was kindness itself and took me through the last installation steps. All seemed well but because I had mistakenly started to remove the strip from the contact face the printing results became unstable. I rang Cartridge People again and confessed to Lindsay that I feared I'd damaged the cartridge. Again I was treated with the utmost kindness and reassurance and a replacement cartridge promised. It arrived the next day complete with an apology and a lovely little tea-bag gift (even though the problem was caused by me.) I installed the cartridge without a problem. I can't believe that companies like this still exist! The phone was answered immediately, both Liam and Lindsay were so kind and not in the least patronising and the Evri deliveries couldn't be faulted. In my 82 years I haven't often come across such efficient service - I'm going to sit down with a cup of tea and let my printer do its stuff! What a lucky find!”

“very prompt and effective service. best value I could find anywhere for printer and cartridges. I was allowed to return cartridges for refund even though it was my fault that I had got the wrong ones- special thanks to Sam for his excellent customer service.”

“Unfortunately one of the cartridges I purchased wouldn’t link up to my printer. I spoke to Sam at Cartridge People and he was very helpful, suggested a possible fix that didn’t work then arranged for a replacement to be sent. Genuine ‘No Quibble’ guarantee as advertised”

“I rang about as problem with an ink cartridge obtained from Cartridge People which was not accepted by my HP printer and stopped it working. Lindsay explained what was wrong, told me how to return the two other cartridges I had received but not yet used and set up the supply of replacements which would not bug the printer. All was dealt with in one day and the replacements were received the following day and my printer is now working ormally again. Excellent service.”

“Our package was delivered to the Luttrell Hotel which is the wrong address by DPD despite being correctly labelled to come to the Yarn Market Hotel Liam at Cartridge Save investigated this and eventually we were able to retrieve the contents of the parcel which had been opened Thanks Liam for your excellent service”
