“I ordered HP cartridges for my printer, received a call to change to own brand. I was assured that they would work even though I told him I had tried some before which didn't, was told if they didn't I would receive a full refund. They arrived 2/3 days later & didn't work! When I rang up the chap I spoke to looked into it, took the printer serial number & said that the printer must have been set up with HP plus which means that HP can access your printer & will not allow own brand cartridges - who knew this was a thing? He said a full refund would be given and to just order the HP cartridges plus he would put a note on our account so no one would offer us the own brand again. Refund came through okay. Very pleased with explanation and end result, so thank you.”

“I recently orded coloured Epson coloured cartridges from your company. I have in the past, having ordered from other companies, found them not always were compatable. These were delivered within 48 hours, were the genuine article as advertised and consequently they worked perfectly in my printer. I will use you again. best wishes Peter Dyer”

“In the context of what turned out to be an inappropriate product, Melanie was helpful but I felt over persistent in the testing and checking she required of me before accepting that a replacement was needed. However, she did then promptly sanction a refund.”
