“I have been ordering cartridges from Cartridge People for a number of years. When my recent order did not arrive I contacted them and the customer service advisor, Phil, could not have been more helpful and polite. He arranged for a replacement order to be sent out straight away. I was made to feel like a valued customer and I will definitely continue to order cartridges from Cartridge People.”

“i contacted Aden to validate if I needed anything else as part of replacing the ink maintenance box and to ask if there was a process to show how to replace the box. Aden went out of his way to look online for a video that would show me how to replace the box. A simple but greatly appreciated and valued example of excellent customer service.”

“I had a printer cartridge from them that was faulty. They sent me a replacement with no fuss and it was with me the very next day. Wiki was the agent who handled my issue, she was super helpful and did a great job.”

“Ordered a cartridge multipack PG585 and CL586. Unfortunately I only received the PG585 as the supplier was out of stock. Emailed Customer Service and within 24 hours the colour cartridge was delivered. So refeshing to find that Customer Service means just that. A big thank to Vicky for her hard work in getting this resolved so quickly. She deserves a shoutouts,”

“I was having problems with black density on my HP printer and turned to CartridePeople for advice. They responded within a couple of hours requesting some printouts from the machine and provided a test print file. After providing the information they responded within about an hour offering a replacement or refund, even though the cartridge had been in over a year (still 70% toner left). The replacement arrived the following day and the problem was solved! Outstanding service, I would recommend Gemma and her team to anyone wanting to avoid the high costs of own brand toner.”
