I had an issue with my new printer cartridge. I reached out to customer services and had a very helpful email off Caroline. I then managed to easily resolve the problem, which was my fault. The response was very quick and helpful. Thankyou. Sally

When a cartridge is purchased wouldn’t sync with my printer I rang and they just sent a new one.

Our order was delivered promptly, as usual, and with due care. The driver was courteous. A recent order for compatible ink cartridges however proved that they would not work in our printer and customer Services were very helpful in arranging a refund. Phil in particular went out of his way to sort things out. We would not hesitate to use Cartridge People in future and would recommend them.

I have been using CP for a number of years and have tried other notable companies - I always end up returning and have never ordered from anyone else. The web site is always great the only slight issue is the continual efforts to make me buy 'CP brand' - I have had issues before with their own brand but this seems to have been sorted out. Often, I like to order the Cannon ink for reliability. Very very good delivery service and always on time - Keep it up!! Staff are excellant.

After speaking to Marianne at Cartridge People, she quickly resolved my problem and sent me a replacement cartridge which arrived the next day and is working perfectly. She made the whole process easy and without issue putting my mind at rest that there was nothing wrong with my printer, just a faulty cartridge which was immediately replaced. Thank you.

Price and delivery very good. Was initially disappointed with one cartridge but after speaking to customer service they replaced it within 24 hrs, and sent a pack of tea bags !!. Very pleased and will purchase again.

Toners were left behind trash bins by EVRI with damaged packaging. Contacted Phil at who was most sympathetic and very helpful. He arranged for full repalcement within two days. Couldn't have wanted better service. will use Cartridge People again.

I spoke with Lindsay and Marianne and I am happy to say my issue has been resolved. My call was answered within one minute and my printer is now recognising both my Ink Cartridges. HP301 and H-301XL The black cartridge was the problem. thanks alot.

Sam was very polite and helpful. My order was shown to be out for delivery on 19th Feb with Evri and been stuck there ever since. Sam has reordered and getting it out fir delivery. Much appreciated just hope my printer doesn't run out.
