“Toners were left behind trash bins by EVRI with damaged packaging. Contacted Phil at who was most sympathetic and very helpful. He arranged for full repalcement within two days. Couldn't have wanted better service. will use Cartridge People again.”

“I spoke with Lindsay and Marianne and I am happy to say my issue has been resolved. My call was answered within one minute and my printer is now recognising both my Ink Cartridges. HP301 and H-301XL The black cartridge was the problem. thanks alot.”

“Sam was very polite and helpful. My order was shown to be out for delivery on 19th Feb with Evri and been stuck there ever since. Sam has reordered and getting it out fir delivery. Much appreciated just hope my printer doesn't run out.”

“I had problems with the courier company coming up our lane cos of the puddles so after two failed attempts Lindsay very kindly rearranged the delivery with another company and my order arrived in 12 hours”

“Excellent service Prompt delivery Customer service responsive and helpful. Lindsay provided easy to understand advice and replied to emails very quickly, sometimes immediately but always on the same day I stopped using hp instant ink about 6 months ago as it wasn't a good financial option for me and since then have had issues with my printer not accepting non hp products or even reconditioned hp products. After a few teething issues and great help from Lindsay, the Cartridge People cartridges are working perfectly I shall be using Carrridge People going forward and would recommend to everyone.”

“The cartridges I ordered were exactly what I wanted, and were a very reasonable price. However, I won't be ordering again because of the delivery company. The cartridges were supposed to be delivered by Evri, and they were, but not to us. They were left on a doorstep a street away, even though our address was clear and correct on the envelope. We were so fortunate that they were delivered to someone honest, and the old lady on whose doorstep they were left made the effort to come round to deliver them to us. Shocking service by the delivery company.”
