“Fantastic customer service today from Lindsay on the live chat function. I ordered some Cartridge People own brand HP compatible cartridges for my printer. I did not realise (as it doesn't have this anywhere on my actual printer) that it is HP+ enabled. It does state on the order page that the cartridges will not work if this is the case. So essentially my fault - Lindsay quickly sorted out for me to return the unopened colour cartridges for free for a full refund - and as I had opened the black cartridge she has credited my account for the value of this cartridge which is fantastic! The items were delivered next day and as a regular customer I cannot recommend this company highly enough! - Thank you Lindsay for your quick resolution to my problem it was much appreciated!”

“I bought a new printer which came with some ink. When that was about to be used up I contacted Cartridge People for advice about what type of ink I needed to purchase and Lucy, one of the Customer Services Advisors, was extremely helpful. The new ink arrived very promptly. I would certainly use Cartridge People again.”

“My printer was becoming faulty, but i still had two full sets of Canon original inks purchased a few months ago from Cartridge People. I seriously considered get a Megatank printer and contacted Cartridge People to see if the might be able to rehome the inks - they certainly were not obliged to do so. Melanie came straight back to me with the offer of a credit note, which I could have used towards the purchase of a printer from the company - which they offer at good prices. In the event I found a Canon printer that would use my 'spare' cartridges, so i did not have to take advantage of the credit note offer. I have always found them a reliable company to deal with, offering very good prices on inks, both own brand and original.”

“The first time I needed to replace the toner cartridges for my Canon Laser printer, I had been advised to buy Canon brand replacements, direct from them at some considerable cost! I looked around and found the Cartridge People, considerably cheaper. I ordered them and received a phone call from them asking why I wanted Canon replacements when their cartridges were some £100 cheaper and just as good. After a detailed discussion on the merits of using their toners, I decided to try them. That was over 3 years ago!!!! They provided excellent quality prints right to the end. I reordered but made the mistake of repeating my original order for Canon! (Go to the bottom of the class!) Next day once again a nice phone call pointing out my mistake and allowing me to change my order to Cartridge People toner cartridges with a £90 refund. This is the kind of service we should always expect from a supplier. On top of this the quality of their products is outstanding. Try their printer paper: exceptional both on quality and price. Cartridge People go the extra mile.”

“I would like to thank Cartridge People for the excellent customer service I received today. Both Steve and Phil were absolutely brilliant in helping resolve my issue and took the time to properly explain the pitfalls of owning an HP printer, particularly how non-HP cartridges can often be blocked or compromised by HP systems and updates. To be fair to HP, this information is technically mentioned within the extended warranty documentation — although in very small print — but realistically, very few people are likely to notice or fully understand the implications until they experience the problem themselves. Steve and Phil were patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout. It was refreshing to deal with customer service people who actually understood the issue and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed or foolish. Excellent service and a credit to the company.”
