“Emma was fantastic, very Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She spent considerable time in trying to resolve my printer issues with my six year old HP printer/scanner/copier. However, when it proved to be a hardware issue, Emma was most helpful in providing me with all the information to guide me through all the technical information required for purchasing a new printer/scanner/copier. She made the transition effortless. I can thoroughly recommend Cartridge People, who I have dealt with for my printer requirements for many year now, and praise their commitment to customer satisfaction in customer service, price, delivery, returns and refunds. “Delivery is always prompt, and prices are fair. Amazing customer service - had a defective cartage, and the issue was resolved by their advisor Alison, with a rapid offer of tech support, followed by a replacement item at no cost to us. A friendly and customer-focused company. Always happy to buy from them.”

“I am a returning customer spoke with Sam, was very pleased with the help and advise and have ordered again as last time was very pleased with the product and delivery time. “We found Cardridge People on line and as there price and delivery service seemed the best we order black and coloured ink cartridges for our printer. We had an immediate reply and invoice and was advised that our request had been dispatched. Our package was left on our doorstep and as we had not seen the email about delivery until several hours later unfortunately the package was missing and gone. We contacted Cartridge People and the Courier advising of this and Caroline at Cartridge People was brilliant and very understanding and immediately sent a replacement out to us which we did receive. I will be recommending Cartridge People to family and friends due to the great service we received from them and Caroline - Thankyou.”

“They are always most helpful with any query. They even queried one order which was much appreciated as I had ordered the wrong ink cartridge. They have also agreed to a credit for ink cartridges I ordered for a now redundant printer more than 30 days ago.”

“Original order didnt seem to get to Evri according to the tracking info so I contacted Cartridge people and Alison responded quickly. She sorted the issue and arranged for a replacement item which was then delivered very quickly. So although an issue the matter was was dealt with promptly and without fuss”

“After renewing both black and colour compatible cartridges for a Canon Pixma M270 there appeared problems with the colour side particularly with reds and yellow. Phoned customer support for advice and got Sam. He asked if we could supply various copies of printed output which had to be photographed on a phone and emailed. Although I did not think that the quality sent would be useful, Sam persisted and requested a nozzle test to be photographed and sent. After receiving this, he decided that the best course of action was to send out a replacement colour cartridge. The level of support, knowledge and timely contact was of a very high standard so thank you Sam. A very good advert for Cartridge People Customer Support services. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.”
