“For no reason at all my printer just stopped printing. After many frustrating hours trying to fix I called CP Alison was so helpful and tried to help me with other fixes but concluded it was best to try a replacement toner cartridge that arrived the very next day. Easy to follow instructions were in enclosed and with 5 mins I was sorted! Thank you Alison for excellent customer support.”

“Two of Cartridge People's own label cartridges for Pixma TR8550 printer did not work, even though they were new and full. All the many previous cartridges have worked perfectly, accepted by the printer and are cheaper than Cannon's originals. I emailed Customer Service with images of the printer and the cartridges, describing that I had cleaned the electrical contacts and Melanie recognised straightaway that they were malfunctioning and arranged for their replacement. Thank you.”

“Thank you Chris for your help today. You handled my issues very well and it was a pleasure to talk to you. The Cartridge People have always been so reliable, and after 8 years of shopping with you, this is the first time I had to contact customer service with any issues. “I ordered the wrong ink cartridge and Phil was very helpful in explaining my options for returning the goods, receiving money back and reordering. In addition he took me through the relevant products on the website to show what was compatible with my printer and how to compare unit prices. Thanks Phil!”

“I stil havent received the black printer cartridge I ordered. I find the web site a little difficult to navigate. I don't want to spend a lot of time ordering office suppplies. However, Cartridge People respond quickly if you have a problem.”

“Spoke with Alison this morning in respect of a problem, this she emailed me about shortly after fully resolving my problem, in addition she also helped me with a problem I was actually having with my printer, nothing to do with the Cartridge People “Thank You” I also later spoke with Gemma who was likewise very helpful on another matter, again thank you.”
