“Imade the purchase because of the good price. However this and previous purchases have been followed up by telephone calls trying to persuade me to buy other products. This is understandable but somewhat irritating.”

“I recently biought some Epson ink bottles. The ordering was easy, the price was good and they were delivered promptly - all great service. However, I received a phone call that started by asking me if I was aware that they did their own brand inks, which were much cheaper. Despite me saying that I was aware but wanted genuine Epson, the lady continued to explain about the own brand inks and said she woudl change my order and send they out. I had to be quite direct and insist that I wanted the Epson ink that I had ordered. Eventually she agreed. That phone call knocked the edge off an otherwise excellent on-line purchase. As a result, I doubt I will be a returning customer.”

“My first delivery was an empty envelope, but Phil from customer services was quick to right things and had a replacement sent out very quickly. Shame about EVRI, why can't they provide time-slots for delivery, or allow you to see how close the driver is to your drop, like other delivery companies. I had to stay in for 2 days to wait for both deliveries. My 3 stars reflects the overall experience.”
