“Loving Cartridge People but not EVRI who you choose to pay to deliver your goods. They put me off buying from Cartridge People. Last time my goods were not delivered for 6 DAYS!!! And that was to a local shop.”

“I have used Cartridge People for several years purchasing genuine HP products and recently their own brand without any problems. Yesterday I had a problem in that the ink cartridge would not work. I contacted the customer service dept by email and within an hour I received an email with suggestions to sort the problem out. None of these suggestions worked and a replacement cartridge was sent to me, this arrived today. I would like to thank Wiki for a very professional and friendly service”

“I'd ordered new Inks and a Maintenance cartridge which arrived the following day, however on doing the installation I was getting errors so I phoned and was given some advice to see if the issue could be resolved, I tried what I had been advised to do but to no avail. So I called again and spoke with Phil and after explaining everything that had been tried he decided that they would give me a full refund as it was obvious that the issues must be caused through the chips not reading correctly. I have ordered from them in the past and had no problems so I'll be ordering from them again as they obviously have great customer care.”

“The customer service officer Vicky was really helpful and responded very quickly to my query, she arranged for my order to be cancelled when it looked like it would be delivered to the wrong and she quickly reinstated my order once the delivery address problem was resolved and my order was quickly dispatched and I received it a day later. The products were priced well and i would recommend this company”

“I ordered ink for my Canon printer and then the very next day I changed over to an Epson! Obviously I now had ink on its way that was no longer compatible. I contacted Lindsay at Cartridge People as soon as the ink arrived and explained my problem and asked if It could be returned or exchanged etc . I received great help and support from Lindsay and am now waiting for the new ink. Brilliant service from Cartridge People and I can’t praise them enough. Thanks Lindsay👏👏”

“Good service at a competitive price. Slightly annoyed though to get a phone call from them, immediately after my online purchase, that tried to do a hard sell for their own brand rather than the Canon original. It was just a little too pushy and that irritated me.”
