“Good service at a competitive price. Slightly annoyed though to get a phone call from them, immediately after my online purchase, that tried to do a hard sell for their own brand rather than the Canon original. It was just a little too pushy and that irritated me.”

“I recently had a newish and still 3/4 full black printer ink cartridge start to give patchy prints which didn't improve after getting the printer to give it a clean so I dropped a note to the Cartridge People via their website and within 24 hours a new cartridge had been sent to me. Melanie at the Cartridge People kept me informed so big thank you to her. I also enjoyed the Yorkshire Tea bags sent with my replacement. No hassle, no faff just great customer service.”

It was no hassle at all, all of my details weere on file, excepyt my bank card infor which is a doddle to input from the phone you are calling from.
