Having reviewed your order, I can see that it was dispatched on 01/09/2026 and delivered on 04/09/2026. At checkout, we offer a range of delivery options to suit different requirements. On this occasion, you selected our standard delivery service. While most standard deliveries arrive within two working days of dispatch, we do ask customers to allow up to five working days for delivery before contacting us. We appreciate that waiting for an order can be frustrating, particularly when you need it quickly. “As mentioned in an earlier review, the Cartridge People’s service was excellent with a rapid delivery of my ordered items. However, this was ruined by your use of EVRI to deliver my order. The driver did not let me know that he had left the items, in a padded bag, in my doorstep in the open on an extremely wet day. The bag and contents were soaked. It always happens with EVRI: their drivers never knock on the door or ring the door bell, resulting in items bring left in the rain, it liable to theft. Any experience with the Cartridge People is always ruined by EVRI. Why do you persist in using such an appalling delivery outfit?”

“Went with the cartridge people to get genuine epson spares, when I ordered it stated next day delivery, this took three days to arrive although I don't know if this was due to the cartridge people or the courier. Only received email stating delay in delivery nothing else till the day it arrived. All in all I got what I wanted but it was a good job I wasn't desperate to print any documents.”
