“I ordered a cartridge in October, on using this, I found it was faulty in its manufacturer. When I informed, the Cartridge people, a replacement was sent and arrived the next day, of course with the request to return the faulty cartridge for inspection. In my mind you could not have asked for a better service.”

“I am very impressed with the service I have received recently. I reported an issue with my printer not recognising the cartridge. I received a response from Alison within the hour of my sending a mail, and a new cartridge the next morning which resolved the issue. That's what I call excellent service.”

“I have used C C for their own brand cartridges for a few years, liking their prices and quick delivery. This time I had error messages appearing on my printer after replacing cartridges with C C own brand again - many attempts via Google failed to clear the issue. Emailed C C and received helpful suggestions from Gemma in customer service. Unfortunately they didn't work either but Gemma offered a refund to my account with C C to be applied against future purchases. Excellent result, well done Gemma.”

“When Evri failed to deliver my Ink and Paper order I contacted Alison at Cartridge People. She responded immediately and when I decided to ask for a re-despatch she organised it straight away as Next Day Delivery. This time it arrived. I could not fault the service I got from Alison and Cartridge People. Thank you.”

“I cannot recommend Cartridge People too highly. I am probably only a tiddler of a customer but whenever something goes wrong (more likely than not my fault, anyway...) they have sorted it pronto On Monday, I reported a defective cartridge; by Tuesday lunch time I was printing with the replacement cartridge Liam had had sent over by courier. Customer service can't come much smarter than that!”

“I contacted the cartridge people and spoke with Aden, who emailed me all the downloads for my new Epson printer. I have not had time to fully set up the printer as yet, but the information I received from Aden has enabled me to go forward with the installation process.”
