“I had an issue with my long standing printer and Phil was super helpful - he spent time ensuring it wasn’t user error and walked me through common issues. All resolved in good order. It’s this sort of service that keeps me coming back to Cartridge People.”

“Called after a week of waiting for E**i to deliver my parcel, over £200 of ink products. Customer services were fabulous, checked the delivery status, took ownership of the problem, and sent out a new order, by DPD who delivered it the next day. Amazing work. Thank you”

“I have always found Cartridge People to be helpful and reliable. One thing that I find irritating, you often Email me with discount offers, but if I insert the code in an order I am told it is not valid?? Are these discounts for new customers? Do not long standing account holders get to use the codes??”

Having reviewed your purchasing history, we can see that you typically order genuine manufacturer cartridges. Unfortunately, there is very limited margin on these products due to their high market cost, which means promotional discounts are often excluded from these ranges. “Delivery was delayed by 3 days. Eventually delivered to a property near by but not the address that you hold on record. Eventually the recipient of the package brought it to my house. Total time from order to actually receiving the package 5 days. I had in the meantime visited the local Currys store and purchased what I needed off the shelf. I do not propose to use your services again.”
