The printer cartridges arrive in 4 separate deliveries. When I order a 4 cartridge pack, I expect this to be in a single pack, the resultant delay until all cartridges were delivered is in acceptable.

The order took over a week to arrive. When I rang after the 7th day the person I spoke to was quite abrupt and told me to contact the post office myself the next day if they still hadn't arrived. When they did arrive the black cartridge wouldn't work. They did send me out a replacement which seems o.k. and 5 tea bags as an apology!

Colour photos are not being printed in true colour as per computer screen or compared to same photos printed with genuine HP ink. Documents printed with the black ink are lacking in definition. Would not use again.

If you have a problem with the print quality it is worth leaving the cartridges overnight before attempting to print again. This will allow the ink to settle. Always store your cartridge upright i.e. with the print head at the bottom. The printer has a cleaning cycle designed to remove air trapped in the cartridge’s printhead. Run the print head cleaning utility on your printer. This will effectively optimise the cartridge and your printer. This program should be run every time you change your printer's ink. Following these tips will ensure that your remanufactured cartridge works like it's brand new. Ensure you have paper in the printer. Open the control panel menu and select "printers”. Select "properties" in the drop-down menu. Choose the tab for cleaning. Various printers might have it listed under different names such as services, cleaning or maintenance. Select the nozzles that should be cleaned, if applicable to your printer, and run the printer's cleaning program. Print a test page and check results. Repeat cleaning 2 to 3 times if needed Remember we guarantee all of our products with our 100% no quibble guarantee. You delivery service completely let you down. It took far too long to send, I expected delivery within a couple of days, not over a week before I received the first of three.

I am terribly sorry that our delivery let us down. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 12pm Monday-Friday. Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 4 working days. I am sorry that we failed on this with your delivery.

The cartridge I purchased for Cannon inject printer although suppose to match the original cartridge my printer not recognising It and keeps telling me the cartridge is empty and it brand new therefore I have wasted my money and will need to purchase an original cartridge and has cost me more now so very disappointed.

I am sorry that the cartridge is not performing for you. The problem you are experiencing is quite common with your printer. Canon printers have no way of looking inside the cartridge or detecting fresh ink. Instead the cartridge just monitors how many pages have been printed and the average page coverage since it was first installed into a printer. From this information your printer estimates the ink level of the cartridge and when it believes the ink cartridge is running low/empty will present you with the “Check Ink” , "Low ink" or a support code 1686 or 1688 message. As a result of this way of estimating ink levels, even an original Canon ink cartridge will almost certainly have some ink left when your printer warns you it is empty. Canon printers allows you to continue printing with a single button press and will usually give this prompt in a fairly sizable message once it detects that the cartridge may be empty. Simply hold down your printers STOP/RESET/RESUME button for five seconds and then release. Whilst the name with which the button is referred to may change, the symbol it is represented with will always remain the same. ( A circle with an upside down triangle inside). The cartridges should last as long if not longer than the original and we do guarantee this. Please let us know how you get on with the advice above. ordered 2 ink cartridges and a SD card all three items arrived separately over a week. I needed the inks for a print job but had to make alternative arrangements.

I am terribly sorry that our delivery failed to meet your expectations. We reply heavily on the postal service. Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Some orders are shipped in more one parcel and from more than one warehouse. This helps us provide a prompt service, particularly for multi-item orders. We find that in general, this helps our customers, as a smaller packet will usually fit through your letterbox, saving you a trip to your local sorting office or having to arrange re-delivery. Unfortunately, parcels can get separated in the postal system. Again please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

When I put them In the printer it detected that they were fakes and not genuine HP inks. Having had to also wait ten days for them to arrive I'm not happy!

Compared to Canon cartridges these were packed sensibly in cardboard, rather than in tough plastic that can injure you when opening them. However these were a complete waste of money as, although easy to install, my Pixma 3650 printer refuses to recognise them, and thinks they are the old Canon ones that had run out of ink.

Ive already indicated I didn't want to write a review, and you sent the email again. Which is pestering. The reason for my dissatisfaction is that you did not reveal that the cartridges would be sent from Switzerland, and consequently there would be a major delay in delivery. When I inquired about non arrival, the person on the phone just kept repeating that their email said 2-7 days. She insisted they made the Switzerland point plain, then had to apologise when she couldn't find any mention of it.

We do state on our website that most of our orders are delivered to customers within 2-4 working days, but ask our customers to allow 7 working days before contacting ourselves about a non-delivery. After initial approval of what appeared to be a bargain offer was very disappointed to find that when compared to previous purchase, these cartridges have only about half the amount of ink in the previous ones. On this latest purchase I find the transparent window showing the large amount of ink in the previous purchase has now been covered by a blue and white label gummed over so the half amount now supplied cannot be so easily seen. Was the amount of ink contained in the latest cartridges purchased clearly made known? NO definitely not! Very disappointed with Cartridge People!

We do guarantee that the amount of ink in the cartridges will be as much, if not more, than the original manufacturers products. However, this amount can vary from supplier to supplier. The cartridges you have purchased should achieve 420 pages on the black, 775 on the cyan, 845 on the magenta and 875 on the yellow. These figures are based on an average coverage of 5% of an A4 sheet, using normal text, spacing and font size. These amounts will differ if photos are being printed or heavy graphics are being used. The cartridges arrived fine but two of the replacement tanks do not work. I can't tell if this is my printer or the inks. But obviously i am drawing conclusions and this has affected my review. I won't use your products again.
