Thank you for your review. I see you placed your order on Good Friday and the order was dispatched on the Saturday as we were closed on the Bank holiday. We will always endeavor to process orders to ensure that your goods are dispatched to you as soon as possible. Most of our items are dispatched and delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Unfortunately due the the Easter period and the number of Bank Holidays deliveries have appeared to take slightly longer than usual. Please accept my apologies.

However, all our products are manufactured to the highest standards, and sourced only from manufacturers with exacting standards, many holding ISO9000/9001/9002 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards. For compatible products, ink/toner quality and life span are comparable to that of the branded manufacturers. Compatible remanufactured cartridges are all print tested prior to leaving our manufacturers. It is worth giving them a try and saving yourself money. Should, for any reason, you not be completely happy with the items purchased from us we will replace or refund the items.

The black cartridge works fine but the coloured cartridges are blurred and faded extremely poor.

Dear Mr Ball, Order Number GB170411-LA1931419 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the 364XL Compatible Colour Ink Cartridges supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the copper chip on the cartridge and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip are completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. nothing wrong with the product but just to say it took 9 days from order to delivery. I appreciate Easter was in the middle of this period. Will order again all the same. Regards, Darren.

I have recently bought a five colour cartridge pack HP 364. The is no definite colour produced they are all shaded green.

Order GB161215-LA1804601 - all colour cartridges failed, although all three colours were seen to be 'bleeding' from the printing nozzles. It was the red ink that wouldn't print. Unfortunately these cartridges were taken to work in Tanzania and making a claim or having replacements was pretty much impossible. A tough one.

The black ink for my cannon printer didn't work. Printer kept telling me ink has ran out. Replacing the cartridge several tomes made no difference. When prompted to disengage "ink empty" message, printer worked but photos were extremely contrasty. As photos were required rather urgently had to go to Tesco to get them printed. All in all, ink purchase a bad experience which I'm not keen to repeat. I'll go back to Cannon ink in future.

My printer worked once I had installed both colour and black cartridges and then it kept telling me that the black cartridge was empty. Borrowed cartridge from a friend and it worked. Black cartridge sent was obviously faulty or sent empty. Canon Pixmar MG3650.

I am not sure who to complain about: but the printer reliably rejects the new refill cartridges I purchased. I suspect that it is a ploy from HP to keep the competition out under the pretence the the cartridge is faulty. However that would then be an issue to take up by the supplier with the competition authorities. I have tried via Which but they were not interested. So I had to go and buy very! expensive HP cartridges. The help offered online does not really work. Cleaning the copper plate made no difference - and I tried 4 new cartridges in one go!

you supplied me with 3 cartridges in March I put them in my Canon printer I didn't print any colour and only printed 4 black&whites I called your office and no argument they agreed a refund, or replacement? no problem I said I would take a replacement. I have enough of your system cutting off my comments???When I receive the replacement cartridges I think it best if I don't order from you again. Clearly your supplier is ripping

Problems with delivery - difficult to rearrange after first delivery was missed, and wouldn't agree to leave with a neighbour or in a prearranged 'safe' place. also no number to call for delivery company, only choice was to download their app which i didn't want to do. never saw product, delivery was attempted twice and after a telephone conversation where i tried to track down where it has gone, they had no note that the delivery had not been successful said it might be back en route to their suppliers and that as/when it arrived back at the depot they would be in touch to arrange redelivery or refund. i'll be choosing a refund.

The Compatible ink XL Cartridges are shown by the printer as 70% full. That is loss of 30%. The prce is cheaper than Epson by 30% for XL Cartridges. It has also leaked on to the page. Do not ever buy from these company!

First order. Order came in two packs. Cyan was leaking and a mess. Advised by phone staff that you would replace but cyan but I have to say I was not impressed it being my first order. Have used inkcredible for number of years and no problem. Decide to give you guys a go but no confidence in Product Order returned and refund provided quickly.

I have been buying cartridges from you for a few years and every order came in one parcel with one postage charge. My most recent purchase was two cartridges sent in seperate jiffy bags at a postal cost of £7.99 each. why the hell didnt you put both cartridges in one jiffy bag as you have been doing for years . The way you have done it this time has cost me an extra £7.99. Why?!

I was wary of being reconditioned cartridges, I'd heard mixed things from various people. I went for the double pack of black and colour, and have only just used the black 512 tonight for the first time. My printer is telling me it has already run out, only midway through second batch of printing, around 50 pages or so, rather that the ~411 pages quoted on the sales page, so I'm rather disappointed. The printer (Pixma MP280) is a bit old and has only recognised the cartridge as a 510 rather that the 512, so I shan't discount the fact that it is a printer error rather than the cartridge. I've tried resetting the printer and restarting the computer, have reinserted the cartridge several times but dialogue box still insists it is out of ink. Any technical suggestions are welcome but as the cartridge hasn't yet performed an 8th of its expected life, I would like to know about possibilities of refund or replacement please.

I think the time it took from ordering on 18th March to receiving the last three inks on 27th was a long time to wait for an ink supply.

I am sorry to hear that your order failed to arrive. We use Royal Mail, as they successfully deliver billions of items a year to millions of addresses. In the majority of cases items are delivered, within their estimated time frame. However, on occasion parcels can get delayed or misplaced.
