Pricing is dishonest. Pricing for offers starts off higher than the regular price, so the offers aren't real. Ink is fine, but the company is dishonest... so I don't trust you.

faulty colour cartridge has been dealt with satisfactorily and will be replaced. The customer adviser who dealt with my problem was friendly and helpful.

They ship the products from different suppliers and different packages and their web site is not as good as yours. Mostly their packages are too big to put through the letter box and we have to collect from sorting office

I've had cartridges from the seller before without any problems. However on this occasion there are problems printing with smudges occurring every so often.

Order took too long to come. Happy with free delivery although not aware was coming from another country!! Really thought I was buying a British company whom supplied products within UK!!!!

Ease of ordering, price and delivery all top class. Black cartridge working perfectly but the colour cartridges not functioning properly. Printing OK but just a mushy mess of colour. Sorry.

I was not at home when parcel arrived. I had to pay an extra £5 to have it arrive while I was at home. I do not agree with the parcel company's policy 'not leave with neighbour' but allow 'leave it somewhere around my property on instruction'?????.

Dear Heather, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you had to pay an additional charge for the courier to deliver your order to you. This is not our practise at all and no additional delivery charges are ever made to the customer on our behalf. As your order was sent directly to you by one of our suppliers we need to let them know that this has happened so any additional information you can supply to us would be appreciated. If you have the card still that the courier driver left or any written proof that this delivery charge needed to be paid we would love to see copies of these too. I will email you separately so that you can reply to the correct email address with any further details. Once investigated I am sure that we will be able to refund you the full £5 for this error. Dear Heather We have had a reply from the courier DPD. They have advised us that you were charged £5 for re-delivery, as you chose a time which was outside 9-5 Monday-Friday, and this does attract a premium. DPD will only try to deliver to a neighbour, or leave in a safe place, with written instructions from the consignee, this is for the security of the recipient and also the courier company. Dear Mrs Ashwell, Order Number GB170615-LA2000313 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the C9352AE (22) Colour compatible supplied by us. There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the copper chip on the cartridge and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip is completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary. Supplied with HP364XL compatible cartridges which don't indicate ink levels when installed not a lot of good. Will go elsewhere next time as competitors supplying similar cartridges indicate ink levels when installed.

Dear Tom Thank you for your review. With a re manufactured cartridge, not all of the components are replaced if they are deemed in good condition and can be used again. Therefore the chip on the cartridge is not always new. The last 'memory' the chip has is that it has already printed the number of pages it is programmed to do, which is why you may not always get a true ink read with a re manufactured cartridge. We do guarantee that our cartridges will last as long, if not longer than the originals. Please let us know if this has not been the case. Kind Regards Marianne Cartridge People

I ordered a magenta and a yellow Epson ink for my Epson XP 215, the magenta came in one post,then the following day another magenta arrived!No yellow! Contacted customer service who apologised and sent the yellow by next delivery! But also sent a reply label to return the second magenta and asked to post at Post Office for proof of delivery!! I live miles away from a post office,so to add to my frustration of not getting my inks as requested,I also had to drive to a post office to get proof of posting! Totally unimpressed!

The yellow cartridge was only half full. I had to use it as I had some urgent copying to do, but it will now run out before the other colours.

Ordered right size and for correct printer but they did not seem to work so I cannot use them unfortunately.

Unable to use cartridges due to printer not working. Terms and Conditions state "in most cases we will send you an SAE..." It did not state when an SAE would not be sent. I was told I had to pay postage myself (£2-90 2nd class for 2 cartridges). I would not feel inclined to order in the the future or recommend the company to friends or family.

Dear Esther, Thank you for your review, I have looked at your order and can see that you have been in contact us regarding the return of your cartridges as your printer is broken, in this case then unfortunately you do need to return the cartridges at your own cost and we will of course refund you on return for them as long as they are unopened. in the case of a cartridge not working in a printer and the customer has tried our advice to resolve the issue then they are entitled to receive a replacement or a refund for which we supply a pre-paid returns address label for any return. I could not believe just how long the delivery took to arrive compared to other ink suppliers. With a product like this time is of the essence so waiting nearly a week is just too long. Other suppliers almost always deliver within 48 hours, often just 24.
