Unable to use cartridges due to printer not working. Terms and Conditions state "in most cases we will send you an SAE..." It did not state when an SAE would not be sent. I was told I had to pay postage myself (£2-90 2nd class for 2 cartridges). I would not feel inclined to order in the the future or recommend the company to friends or family.

Dear Esther, Thank you for your review, I have looked at your order and can see that you have been in contact us regarding the return of your cartridges as your printer is broken, in this case then unfortunately you do need to return the cartridges at your own cost and we will of course refund you on return for them as long as they are unopened. in the case of a cartridge not working in a printer and the customer has tried our advice to resolve the issue then they are entitled to receive a replacement or a refund for which we supply a pre-paid returns address label for any return. I could not believe just how long the delivery took to arrive compared to other ink suppliers. With a product like this time is of the essence so waiting nearly a week is just too long. Other suppliers almost always deliver within 48 hours, often just 24.

The black 301 cartridge, although still indicating lots of ink, has stopped working after about 20 sheets.

I ordered 2 cartridges: T0801 and T 0805.The T0805 is OK but the T0801 is so completely different in construction that I am not encouraged to remove it from the plastic pouch. It may well fit in the printer but I doubt it. I have complained and am about to return it, unless the postage is too expensive. Otherwise all was OK.

Dear Mr Clarke Thank you for your review. I can see you have spoken to my colleague regarding the fact that the black cartridge does look different. I have checked and you have ordered the correct cartridge for the printer. As advised, this cartridge is made by a different manufacturer and will look different to others. Please remove any protective clips or strips on the cartridge itself and try it in the printer. You are fully guaranteed and if the cartridge does not fit or perform as it should, we will gladly replace or refund on the cartridge for you. Please let me know the outcome of this. i would like to purchase ink from cartridge world. however I found out that they charge £7.99 postage for one small xl cartridge. I checked the price of the postage for this with the post office and the charge for this is only. £3.50. A robotic telephone cartridge world operative told me and I quote, " the price for the cartridges is plucked randomly out of thin air by our automated system." this is unacceptable, unlawful and ripping people off. Something should be done about this. Also we don't know exactly how much ink they are putting in the cartrdiges. The XLs are the same size as the regular sizes. I would like to order the xl for £4.50 less the the price on the invoice which includes a £7.99 postage fee.

Thank you for your review. I apologise for any confusion regarding delivery charges. All of our prices include postage and delivery - the price on the website is the price you pay. We hold stock in multiple warehouses and utilise different delivery options, which helps us to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. On this occasion the order was dispatched from Switzerland we have to include a postage and handling charge on each packet. This is not an additional charge, it is included. The prices payable for goods as set out in the web site are, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping/handling costs. Delivery is included for deliveries in the UK. The 301 cartridge and the 301XL are the same size cartridge. The XL is filled to maximum capacity. Standard contains : HP 301 (CH562E) Original Colour Ink Cartridge - Colour (165 Pages) - 3ml XL contains : HP 301XL (CH564EE) Original Colour High Capacity Ink Cartridge Colour (330 Pages) - 6ml I hope this clarifies the points made in your review.

My order was delivered the following day (Royal Mail 1st class), well packaged. Unfortunately, the company then kept pestering me by email to write a review. You sent me the cartridge I ordered. It works. Now please stop sending me emails about it.

Dear Customer Thank you for your review. I can see that you have ordered the manufacturers original cartridges rather than the re manufactured cartridges. Unfortunately, we are dictated to by the original manufacturers as to what price we are able to try for their products. As there is more scope to 'shop' around with the suppliers of re manufactured cartridges, prices can be more flexible. I am terribly sorry that we let you down with our delivery. We make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt, if received before 12pm Monday-Friday. We do rely on the local postal services to delivery in a timely manner. I am sorry this was not the case on this occasion.

The cartidge took about a week to arrive, so i was worrying about when it would arrive & thought my cartridge in use might run out. I bought it because the price seemed good & I was in a hurry, but in future I will buy most of my cartridges from nearby Argos, unless there is a really good online price & I am not in a hurry to get the cartridge.

I ordered two sets of Canon compatable ink cartridges but have found that the larger black cartridge does not work and is not being accepted by the printer. This is the first and only replacement I have made. Can you please advise return procedure? I have rated as poor in the meantime until things are sorted out.

The delivery time was unacceptable in this day and age. If Amazon can deliver the following day why can you not? My toner took 10 days to arrive.

I wanted printer cartridges for my dads HP. I had heard that the company had put in place software which may prevent none HP cartridges from printing. I went on line and used your chat service. I asked if your cartridges would work in the machine and was told that they would. I had intended to buy HP cartridges but following the advice purchased the 'better value' cartridges. This was false economy as the cartridges do not work and seem to have the effect of the printer not receiving communications from the network. I feel I have wasted time and money.

my cartridges were for next day delivery but didn't turn up until 2 days later. when they did arrive and I installed them in my machine the yellow and then the blue toner bled into the drum and ruined just about everything I printed not to mention the damage it may have caused to the machine. the printer kept displaying the adding toner message and then telling me it was empty. The only thing good to come from this was your staff didn't hesitate to agree collection and refund of the product immediately.

Dear Mrs Wells, Order Number GB170417-LA1936690 Thank you for your review. I’m sorry that you are having a problem with the Canon CL-41 Compatible Colour Ink Cartridge supplied by us. Can you please advise if the black cartridge is working for you along with the model of the printer? There could possibly be a problem with the communication between the copper chip on the cartridge and your printer. This can occur during the manufacturing stage in the factory and is usually affected by dirt, such as dust or even a fingerprint. Please follow these cleaning instructions to resolve the problem: Place some old newspaper down to capture any spillage of ink. Remove the cartridge from your printer – switch your printer off. Using a piece of damp kitchen roll, gently wipe the copper plate on the cartridge. Allow the chip to dry. Once the chip is completely dry, re-install the cartridge into your printer and switch the printer back on. I would recommend that you run the print head cleaning program on your printer to clean the heads and push the ink through. For best results you should run the program three to four times. If you find that after following this procedure you are still having a problem please let me know by replying to this email and I would be happy to replace any non-working cartridge for you. Please retain any faulty cartridge as we would need to advise the correct returns procedure if necessary.
