“I continue to find Cartridge People very prompt in their response in all matters including compatibility matters and fast delivery. Despite manufaturers claims that their ink is better I have found that ink offered bu Cartridge People is identical including the option to choose a greater amount of ink in their replacements!”

“I had the unusual experience of a Cartridge People own brand ink cartridge which would not install correctly. I contacted CP Customer Service and received a very swift and helpful response from Louise clarifying the details. She offered to send a replacement straightaway at no cost and without any quibble. Louise kept me informed of the cartridge's despatch. It arrived by courier only 24 hours after me first contacting CP about the issue. Very impressive service indeed.”

“Been using Cartridge People for a while now as very competitive pricing on original toner and ink generally arrives quickly. I eventually gave in and changed to their compatible Brother cartridges. Yesterday I had my first ever issue with a cartridge which was promptly responded to by Lucy who gave me a range of options. I chose to have a replacement sent out as I've been very happy with the quality up till now. Thanks Lucy!”
