“I ordered a compatible HP in cartridge for my HP printer, but my printer model ends in E which is unfortunately not compatible with any compatible ink cartridges. I emailed Cartridge People to request a refund and after a few confirmation checks, they happily obliged the refund without returning the ink cartridge and advised to simply recycle the cartridge. Great service from cartridge people, thank you!”

“I had an item missing from my order (lost in transit) and emailed Cartridge People to let them know. Aden replied to my email very quickly and told me a replacement item would be sent to me - which I received the next day. Thank you Aden for such excellent customer service!”

“Had a problem with two of my Brother cartidges (Cartridge People own brand). Sent an emai to Cartridge People explaining the issue, which was responed to immediately by Liam. Liam stated that new cartidges would be sent out straight away, and I have now received them. I could not have asked for better service Graeme”

“DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address but Chris managed to trace where the driver had left it and got back to me very quickly. Followed by a phone call from him to make sure I had got the parcel and a credit on my account for inconvenience. Brilliant service. Thank you very much Chris!”

“I have used this company for several years for my printer supplies and have always been impressed by their service and product quality. Today I contacted Cartridge People following a printer issue that occurred after replacing the ink cartridges. I spoke to Sam who was extreemly helpful and knowlegable about the issue. He emailed me a possible fix and when that didnt cure the issue arranged replacement cartridges for me, he couldnt have been more helpful or determined to fix my problem. Well done Sam and thankyou”

“I had a problem with the generic CP printer cartridges I ordered whereby the yellow cartridge would not fit into my printer. Melanie was helpful in providing advice, including a video. Unfortunately this did not help. As the yellow cartridge appeared to be faulty, Melanie provided a replacement which also would not fit, so she arranged a refund for the yellow cartridge. I have subsequently re-ordered the Brother OEM cartridges which work well and am following Melanie's instructions on returning the CP cartridges for a refund.”

“I ordered ink and there was a delay within DPD for delivering. I emailed and Lucy was very helpful and phoned DPD to find out what the issue was. She communicated effectively with me throughout this process and glad to say I have received my parcel. Lucy is excellent at her job. Thank you for your help”

“When I installed a set of cartridges in my HP printer there was a problem with one of them so I contacted Cartridge People. I received a very prompt response from Melanie who immediately sent a replacement free of charge.”
