“`I have always used OEM cartridges, and I intended to continue in that manner with my new Canon printer. But Cartridge People's promise to repair or replace any printer damaged by the use of their cartridges convinced me it would be OK to switch, The fact that the ink was half the price of the OEM ink helped as well!”

“This was the first time I had used Cartridge People and I was impressed by speed of dispatch, updates re delivery. When cartridges arrived I had an issue with one of them and contacted support team via website and received an email within a few hours. I tried everything suggested and it became apparent it wasn't going to work and a replacement Cartridge was sent out FOC and arrived next day. This Cartridge worked perfectly, problem solved. I was extremely blessed with after sales service and would use and recommend company again. Thank you”

“I had a problem with a faulty refill ink bottle which didn't connect properly to my Canon printer. This resulted in ink getting where it shouldn't and caused terminal damage. I contacted Cartridge People by email explaining the problem. Hannah was excellent in that she lead me professionally through her investigation which resulted in Cartridge People replacing my printer. Great customer service and a company that kept their promises.”

“In trying to find suitable toners for one of my printers, I contacted Cartridge People, as they had served me well on a previous occasion by identifying and supplying appropriate toners for a somewhat 'difficult' type of machine. On this occasion I received a very prompt and helpful response from 'Chris' and can recommend this company, which I will continue to use as a supplier of my inks and toners.”
