“Well done Cartridge People! The ordering process was simplistic and extremely helpful & despite my limited technical knowledge I simply sourced the correct product with assistance from their site search engine. Great value for money & when their courier failed to deliver as expected within minutes of contacting the Cartridge People customer service team a replacement order was executed with a speedy delivery. “George & Hannah both gave advice on how to try to resolve a poor quality printing issue. When that did not work, Hannah proposed a printer to be provided under the CP Lifetime Printer Guarantee and offered a refund for unused ink cartridges, which I accepted.”

“I put in my last Cartridge People black 302 cartridge, but my printer failed to accept it. I rang and described the problem and Sam responded by email immediately with instructions for what i should do. Unfortunately the cartridge was still not accepted and Sam, without hesitation, offered to send me a replacement. He was so quick that the replacement arrived the next day, along with the order i had placed earlier ! Cartridge people cannot be faulted for the service they provide - but special thanks to Sam.”

“Sheree listened to the issue and immediately suggested a solution which was more than acceptable. I had a defective cartridge which I was happy just to report and was delighted that she issued a refund. I certainly will continue to order my cartridges from you, particularly the own brand versions . Thank you Cartridge people and Sheree.”

“I had a problem with printing despite putting a new black ink cartridge into the printer. I phoned and spoke to Marianne. She listened carefully and sent an email with full guidance to follow. I did this and now the printing is perfect again. It was good to be able to speak to a human being straight away to help solve the problem. This advice has saved me buying a new printer. Thank you for a great service.”

“Outstanding service! I had a problem with an ink cartridge that appeared to be damaged when it arrived. I emailed customer service and Phil responded within a few hours even though it was a Bank Holiday weekend. After sending a photo of the ink cartridge Phil arranged for a replacement with no fuss and it arrived promptly the following day. Great customer service and thank you to Phil.”

“Phil was absolutely fantastic in supporting me today. After I had incorrectly ordered a drum unit, he not only cancelled the order, processed a refund and reordered the correct unit, but he also followed up with an email containing the links to all consumables compatible with my printer! Overall, Phil was an absolute delight to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful!”
