“I normally order from Cartridge People, I'm not a heavy user of ink, but unfortunately hit a problem on one particular cartridge, and with the help of Alison it has been successfully sorted out, thankyou!”

“Ordered replacement ink cartridges for my hp printer and when installed the printer wouldn’t recognise the magenta cartridge. Called customer support and Wiki listened to what my issue was and arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out. Excellent customer support.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered a replacement toner and it was dispatched via Evri. Unfortunately, we have had issues with Evri delivering to our building (either they don't actually attempt delivery, or have tried to deliver to an incorrect address). I contacted Cartridge People for advice, and got a response very quickly from Wiktoria with a replacement order delivered to an alternative address. I'm grateful for the great customer support in a very timely manner, especially since the delivery issue was not under their control.”

“I had an issue with a printer cartridge, I spoke with Sam and he was very helpful, firstly to guide me on the next steps, and then he promptly followed up to issue a credit. I eventually changed my mind to buy a replacement product and he also facilitated that too. That’s very helpful, superb customer service!”

“Impressive customer service! After contacting CS after we thought that a delivery had not been made they took one day to come back with proof of delivery and photos. We realised from this that the error was ours as we had accidentally disposed of it however, as a goodwill gesture they offered to replace the item. Excellent service!”

“Had to contact as delivery company had not kept me updated. Website gave me the impression that delivery was quick, obviously I got that wrong. Alison responded very quickly and assured me all was well. Items received now, not yet used, so cannot comment.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong cartridges for my printer. I rang the customer service line to try and sort it out, and spoke to Si Bennett. He calmly put through an order for the cartridge I was desperate for, and gave me instructions on returning the unused cartridges and how refunds worked. The replacement cartridge came the next day for which I am very grateful. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“Sam was very helpful,friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After describing the problem I had with my HP printer (and the actions I had taken to try and diagnose/rectify the fault), he had no hesitation in advising me that the ink cartridge I had purchased a few months earlier was more than likely faulty. He arranged a replacement cartridge to be dispatched which arrived the following day and fixed the problem. Excellent customer service.”
