“I ordered ink and there was a delay within DPD for delivering. I emailed and Lucy was very helpful and phoned DPD to find out what the issue was. She communicated effectively with me throughout this process and glad to say I have received my parcel. Lucy is excellent at her job. Thank you for your help”

“When I installed a set of cartridges in my HP printer there was a problem with one of them so I contacted Cartridge People. I received a very prompt response from Melanie who immediately sent a replacement free of charge.”

“A very special thank you to 'Hannah' - My Cannon printer order was promptly delivered but, unfortunately, the set-up process failed and the installation software instructed that the printer was faulty. A couple of Emails were "pinged" in either direction resulting in a second printer being dispatched; all went well with the set-up and my printing capability is now restored. No real issues, just superb customer service and understanding.”

“My printer kept telling me I had incompatible cartridges in. Phoned Sam and he couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. He sent me an email with suggested things I should try and hey presto I’m up and printing again.Thank you Sam will use your company again.”

“I had a problem with a missing delivery. Cartridge People immediately replaced my order for which I was very grateful. However, a few days later the original order appeared on my doorstep at night. I tried several times to return it via Evri who kept failing to collect it but sent me emails saying they had and that it was on its way back to Cartridge People. This went on for several weeks before and after Christmas and was driving me mad. Finally I was contacted by Phil at Cartridge People who saved me from any more hassle and generously gave me the option of keeping the order. Many thanks Phil.”

“I recently ordered some print cartridges which were delivered quickly. Sadly there was an issue with the delivery, not Cartridge People but the courier company Evri. I raised the problem with Sam at cartridge People who acted very professionally and managed to solve the issue swiftly for me. We need a few more Sam's in our lives !”

“My cartridge from The Cartridge People didn't seem to work when I spoke with Lindsay and Rachel they were brilliant. They offered to send me a repalcement out FOC ready for the next day. To be fair i got it going after wiping the end bit and it worked. I called them back to say how good they both were and not to send the item out. These guys don't mess about when it comes to customer serivce trust me 10/10”
