I ordered the cartridge as a stand by for when the ink ran out. It has just run out and I have tried to instal the cartridge and followed the instructions recieved but the printer will not work. A red cross comes up with a message 'Ink Cartridge Problem' Remove and reinstall. Brian Andrews sanbrin_lt@btinternet.com

I was promised that my HP2000 Envy would work with the Cartridge People substitute but it does not. Very disappointing.

Bought own-brand CT.com toner for our home Brother printer/copier. It failed, but CP had me waste my time and money buying a new drum and proving that their toner failed. No compensation. Told my PA not to buy from the CP.com any more.

Didn't receive the item, no one to call as everything is online so never shall I buy anything from you again and have advised all friends and colleagues not to either. Disgrace

Dear Tim, Thank you for your review. I do apologise that you feel that cartridges are expensive for the amount of ink you get. I would suggest signing up to our marketing emails as we do send out offers on a regular basis especially for our own branded products which I have seen you purchase from us. it is also worth noting that our own branded products do hold a lot more ink than the original products. HP "compatible " cartridges do not work in my HP printer despite having been assured they would and having been persuaded to change my order from HP to compatibles. Error message saying no Hp cartridges and printer doesn't work

I just cannot block the incessant emails which I keep having received from Cartidge People, since buying just one black cartridge online. Don't do it. They cause a daily headache, and should be blocked from the Internet.

I went online to order a replacement product and was presented with a ‘better value alternative’. When it arrived it was far from it as cartridges didn’t fit. Will never use again.

Unfortunately despite assurances that the Cartridge People cartridges were a real saving and would work well for my HP printer the XL cartridge lasted only a few weeks of very light use and then I got a message that I needed to shake the cartridge (something that never happens with proprietary brands). Shaking it didn't work and I had a lot of hassle not being able to print something I needed. I don't know if the printer is now broken but will need to buy proprietary brand cartridges and hope for the best. CP have not refunded me the price I paid for the faulty cartridge and only offered a return on an unused cartridge. If I were you I'd buy proprietary brands. It's just not worth the hassle.

Delivery was fairly quick but was very disappointed with the delivery team chosen. I was out when delivery was made. The following day I received an emil from evri asking for comments on how delivery was undertaken. I was confused as no delivery had been made. I cjecked the "ring" doorbell, which driver did not press. I watched to see what he did. He disappeared to the side, never to be seen again! I went around to the side gate where I found the package. It had been out all night in the rain - I have not tried the cartridges yet, but the boxes were wet. It remains to be seen if they work when inserted into printer. No card was put through letterbox so how was anyone to know if they indeed were to the side of the house! I did give a ngative feedback on the evri email, but I doubt it will make them change their idiot drivers

Yes sorry to say but on behalf of your choice which ink you send me that ink my hp printer not accept my printer wasn't print and I contact to the hp than hp send me ink that is work but sorry WICH I purchase with you it's waist go to bin.

After I placed my order they called me to tell me the cartridges I ordered were on offer and would I like to get the other 2 at a great price. I agreed. When the order confirmation email arrived I realised they had downgraded my cartridges from branded to own brand but not told me this. I called back to cancel the change. They told me I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. After 2 weeks I called to ask where my refund was. They admitted they had never processed the refund. Not impressed. I felt as though I was deliberately missold and that not processing my refund was also intentional.

Spoilt by bad delivery. Order left at the end of drive by my gate where it could have been taken by anyone if I hadn’t been told by a visitor that it was there and who kindly picked it up and brought it to me. . Rang Cartridge office but they merely said they would note it. Although I have bought from this company for a long time I said I would not buy from them again if my order could not be delivered to my door. They did not seem to care.
