I wanted original ink they switched it and replaced it with fake ones and issue a refund. I want what i bought! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Stupid me for not paying £5 extra and get them from amazon. Now if i want to return i need pay for postage. The WORST COMPANY EVER!

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the cartridges you have received, we would never change your order without speaking to someone firstly, it looks like on this occasion my colleague spoke to your father who agreed to change the order to our own branded cartridges. I can see that you have since spoken to a colleague who has sent you our returns details, I will on this occasion email over to you details on how to return these free of charge and upon receipt at our warehouse we will happily issue you with a refund. Despite emails telling us that our order was being delivered or that it had been delivered it has never actually been delivered. Several days later and searching around I found that a local business with a different name and address had taken delivery of our cartridges and put them in their store cupboard. There was no contact from anyone to say where the package had been left, not from Cartridge People, nor the van driver, nor the other business. We were open for business at all times and our name and door number are clearly prominent.

Last delivery 20% of generic cartridges didn't work and they use Evri for deliveries so we have cancelled our account.

Cartridge People side of things, absolutely fine. However, their chosen delivery company, Evri, appalling Bearing in mind it was clearly marked Next Day, I was contacted on Three separate occasions (different days), to say my delivery was out that day, and then when we were told the delivery had been made - we received nothing. On reviewing the photo provided by Evri, it was clearly not our house. Alot of effort was put in by ourselves, and others, to try and identify where it had been deliverd to. Package eventually found, days later, on doorstep of Borley Lodge Cottage, in middle of Village, totally open to the elements. It's the third failed Evri delivery during December. In future I will try and avoid companies using Evri as their chosen delivery operator - they are dreadful. Hence low rating.

Ordered ink cartridge 30/12/24. Had email from Evri on 30/12 to say they had received the order, next email from Evri not until 6/1/25 said that they were unable to deliver today and would try again Mon 13/1/25!!!!! No explanation as to why they were unable to deliver on the 6/1. Rang Cartridge People and cancelled order. Placed order with Amazon and received next day. Won't be using Cartridge People again unless they change their courier.

I ordered two replacement ink cartridges, and, on reading the instructions I inadvertently removed the wrong piece of coloured plastic tape from the colour cartridge. My printer would not accept the new cartridge. I contacted the Cartridge People to find out what had gone wrong. Alison replied back to me very quickly to explain that I had removed the incorrect piece of coloured tape. She then arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out with full instructions. Speedy service from Alison and a very satisfied customer. Thank you for sorting so quickly.

Not as advertised. I have an Epsom Wf7830 Printer does not respond to replacement ink cartridge. Continuously rejects it. As it states it’s as good as Epsom original. False.

Delivery took 17 days after package got lost somewhere. This is unacceptable and really screwed up the printing of our Christmas letters. Will look for a more reliable supplier in future. In addition I was pestered online and by phone to purchase their own-brand cartridges; if I had wished to, I would have ordered them, since I had ordered originals it might be assumed that that was what I wanted. Better they concentrate on improving their supply chain than pushing product I didn't want.

I thought I had ordered one more cartridge. I immediately rang and they could not modify my order but offered me a discount. The price had risen more than the doscount and postage was added too so I did not go ahead. very disappointing.

Ordered HP original cartridges hours later received phone call extolling own brand cartridges. Ask if they were compatible cartridges told no exactly the same as HP but £50 cheaper definitely work same, when asked about recycling old cartridges told you sent to charity & would enclose return envelope. No return envelope. Cartridges DID NOT WORK, couldn't print return label from file, had to wait for 1 via post. Reordered multi pack HP cartridges received separate cartridges. Had to make trip to post office before Xmas. Now waiting for £80 refund. Really disappointed

I will never order from them again. They promise 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when my printer - which I had purchased from them - would not recognize or accept their own labels supposed to fit for it, they refused to provide a replacement product and will not accept a refund.

Very unusually, two weeks after my order the cartridges have not arrived. I think the courier must be to blame.

Cartridge people emailed about my order without giving any detail as to the issue, if any. I responded but there was no further response an the items eventually arrived Since then, I have been receiving a constant stream of advertising SPAM from which I have been unable to unsubscribe and the company does not react when e-mailed.

Dear Robert, Thank you for your review, The email that we sent you was from our sales department to see if you would like to amend your order to our own branded products as we didn't hear from you we dispatched the order as it was later that day. Second lot of ink ok first lot awful was promised voucher never recieved. Was convinced by phone call to go for cheaper ink for 903 leaked evertwhere
