I have no idea what the cartridges are like because mine has still not arrivved after 2 weeks! Evri is abysmal.

although the printer works as a photocopier ok it will no longer print from laptop and printer constantly displays a question mark symbol and shows that the ink is still empty ,a waste of money next time i will go back to genuine hp ink !!!

This purchase of genuine Canon inks was because all of the Cartridge People inks I had previously purchased have had to be thrown out - a complete waste of money and several hours trying to get even half decent colours from a print. The only reason I ordered the Canon inks from you was because you were the cheapest and, having already wasted money on the original purchase I couldn't afford to spend any more than the minimum.

I am still awaiting delivery 14 days after ordering. This is wholly due to the delivery company used (Evri) failing to get the order completed after one failed attempt to deliver (2 Oct). Since then nothing.

Don't buy ink from these people. They sent me inks for my Epson printer and I haven't used it much. Since I installed the cartridges it hasn't printed, the ink light keeps coming on and nothing comes through on the paper. I have just spent £70 on having the printer head unclogged and new cartridges installed which are compatible with my machine. Be warned.

Standard delivery by Evri of a toner cartridge took 7 days. CP apologetic but no compensation, not even another pen.

Hi everyone, I recently purchased ink cartridges and paper. I received the items in good time with a smile. I did have a problem installing the ink cartridges into my printer but after contacting customer services the problem was quickly resolved.

Very inflexible with delivery options. Refuse to use Royal Mail who get their products to me undamaged and in a timely manner. It's a shame as their nice people to deal with overall.

Dear Peter, Thank you for your review. I can confirm that all standard deliveries are sent with Evri as we no longer use Royal Mail. However if you select and pay for a Next Day delivery option this would go out with DPD. I hope the above is of some reassurance for you. Kind regards Simon Cartridge People

I was persuaded by Cartridge People that their refill HP Inkjet Cartridges would work in an HP 7900e Printer. However the HP software rejected them as "used or counterfeit" even though I had carefully followed the instructions provided. I returned them and am still awaiting a full refund. I will not be using this firm again

I can see that we have issued you with a refund for the cartridge that we have opened and are waiting for the other items to be returned to us by Evri, once we receive these back we will issue you with the remaining refund. After palcing an order on 19th September it still hasnt arrived on 1st October. Customer service has said it will be another 3 days so I have cancelled and await the refund which I expect today not another 3 weeks. Somehow I doubt thats going to happen either. I run a busy office I do not have 3 weeks to wait for a delivery

I have order cartridge for my printer when it’s arrived on the box it’s says something and inside was different model wich is no good to me I have send there customer service several emails with pictures never had any reply. I am still waiting for there rply let’s see how long more time they need b4 they rply.

Half hearted assistance and couldn’t even post my order to the correct address. Couldn’t be bothered to arrange anything else so they just refunded. Not as good as they used to be

I bought a set of HP compatible cartridges and then saw another seller with cheaper cartridges. When I tried claim on the price promise guarantee I was told it was not a valid claim as the other cartridges were also not HP. That is a nonsensical policy as your cartridges aren't official HP either. I won't buy from you again.

Our terms and conditions for our price promise does state that the product offered by another retailer must be exactly the same brand, model and specification that we are selling. Compatible ink and toner products are excluded, this is due to us not knowing the full spec of the product that our competitor is selling and is also not the same brand as ours. I print very imprtant reports for clients and much of the print is unreadable. Very dissappointed with results. I cleand print heads, re-aligned print heads and tried a fresh cartidge as advised but to no avail.
